Stable coins for bounty hunters

New projects that aren't trading on exchanges yet will surely pay bounty hunters in their own native token, you can't blame them for this, we have too many useless projects in crypto space that's why OP brings this idea, it's all about tokens turning shitcoins

the argument here is that people should read projects before wasting their time on it. This would help eradicate all these silly projects out of this space. Once this happens you will realize that anybody who wants to use the services of hunters would make sure to have some amount of money to pay them.

Wouldn't it be better if everyone only promoted projects that they really think are trustworthy. Wanting to get paid in popular coins/stable coins just means that you are yourself not confident about the project and it's token economy. Why promote them and cause indirect harm to naive people then. Having "skin in the game" is very important.

Unfortunately, it seems funny to see that payments are made with stable cryptocurrencies in Bounty campaigns. 

The last time i checked, no bounty campaign paid in stable coin except Gold stablecoin but it will be better if payment in stablecoin is introduced cause bounty hunters won't be blamed for dumbing the price of the project crypto which was something some people used as an excuse.

  I would like to remind you that the rewards will be very low if the payments are made with stable cryptocurrencies. 

You're right. At least the bounty hunters will have a genuine payments and will know the project to work for.

@OP, I understand you brought this topic up cause some project teams blamed bounty hunters for making their project crypto dump in price but it will be difficult for bounty hunters to be pay in stablecoins if stablecoin is not the project crypto since the purpose of bounties campaign is to advertise the project and also to increase the level of the project crypto total circulating supply.

Projects do not have such a budget, pay bounty hunters in usd. Now the number of bounty hunters is so high that the projects will pay with their tokens. This is because those who do bounty they don't think about it, don't even try to check whether the project is good or not. So here the project team gets the opportunity to promote at low cost. Many bounty hunters try to get some stable coin as an payment.Sometimes it happened and many time a moderate coin as payment.If such coin is placed on exchange ,the can exchange to stable coin like bitcoin and get profit from it.But some project not list their coin after the payment also and it totally wasted the bounty hunters time .

There has been an almost life long discussion concerning this topic. Unfortunately, project developers still find it extremely difficult to entertain the idea of paying bounty hunters with stable coins possibly for the fear of not having enough funds to pay or simply for not having the confidence to pay. Yet they will be the first to accuse bounty hunters of dumping their tokens. The only way price dumping can't be blamed on bounty hunters is by paying them (hunters) with stable tokens.

   New projects can't pay in stable or any other coins because they don't have it! They are making ICO or IEO
to gather funds so they can finance their project! We as bounty hunters get their tokens, like many others,
but some experts and equipment cost money, for them they raise funds!
   Just few new projects entered with some real cash or coins, and they funded their campaigns with coins that
worth. Many others are starting without money and that's a problem.

The reason they run bounty programs and airdrops in the first place is because they haven't got a budget for proper marketing. So they try to crowdsource it by offering their BS tokens that they created for free.

You, on the other hand, take the full risk and hope to God that the tokens are worth something eventually.

If they had $10,000-$100,000 needed to pay everyone in stablecoins, they'd just run a full PR and marketing campaign!

The problem is if will it be effective for the project? The projects were also looking for more people to promote their platforms. This is still a big question that needs to be answered. The stable coin payment for the hunters is a good idea for sure.

Actually this depends on each marketing strategy.
There is a bounty campaign that limits the number of participants, gives difficult conditions, so that only truly qualified participants are selected, for example, the Hybrix bounty. We also try to pay attention to other types of bounties with BTC rewards and weekly payments, such as Chipmixer, Bestchange, etc. whose number of participants is very limited, but only selected participants who really have a history with good posts.

Quality and quantity are really considered. Even though the number of participants is small but the quality is good, giving a strong impact on the forum, for example, followed by members with a good reputation, then it will give good value to the project.

Paying stable coins for bounty campaigns is not going to happen. They don't need to spend thousands of dollars for a campaigns. They don't have funds yet that's why they use bounty campaign to attract investor.

There are few bounty campaign who pay ETH and Bitcoin but had limited  participants. You can try joining them if you are not satisfied with token as payment.

I know this have been discussed several times on this forum but yet I will like to drop this again, I'm sure few new developers are among us here, so here we go

It will be a whole new story if new projects can start paying bounty hunters in USD or stablecoin, this have few advantages over paying with your own tokens, if new projects find it as a most for people to try out their new Blockchain they should use airdrops instead, airdrops has the lowest rewards, hardly to get 2$ in airdrops today

As for bounties please start paying in USDT, DAI or USDC, this will erase your sense of 'bounty hunters are killing new projects' idea

The coins are mostly not even listed on exchange yet, they can't pay in stable coin of course, it doesn't make any sense for a new project to do this, only projects that have already generated enough volume and have been around for years can pay bounty hunters in stable coins

I don't get you, can you please explain better? How will participants get 1 USD when it's all about the campaign you choose? Signature allocation is different from Twitter allocation right?

Anyways, there are few bounties that paid in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tron etc, if OP or anyone don't like token based rewards they should find BTC paying campaigns

Most developers want to pay with the project's own coin because it's free. If a project succeeds they only lose a little more for the bounty hunter, in case the project fails they will not lose anything.

That's the correct reason why the developer didn't wanna pay use stable coin. They were trying to grab the money and give free tokens to the hunters.
In this case, there was nothing we can do caused by the developer was controlling everything.

That's right, the development team fully controls the bonus program, the bounty hunter is always in a passive state. Besides, there are many fraudulent projects that make the job of bounty hunters less attractive.

some projects actually say this. they collect assets from investors to develop the products they make, so they do private selling, or pre-IEO / ICO. however, paying using tokens that they make can reduce the burden of bounty payments. however, many bounty hunters are disappointed because the results do not match what they say.

I am really not quite sure if the developer and his team or maybe from the team that manages marketing (which is really what bounties are for) will allow the campaign participants to be paid in fiat or other coins other than what they are developing. I think all of them use their own tokens or coins because that is what they have created for and they need that to fund their project or their company. If in case they got the needed money from investors then I am pretty sure they will consume that money to be used for paying the coin to be added to an exchange. I only hope that bounty managers would increase the rate of pay because to be honest it is terribly low.
