On bitcoin.org, the oldest version of Bitcoin core is from April 27, 2011 (version 0.3.21). Where can I find the original codes (versions 0.1.0 up to 0.1.5)? I found some  via duckduckgo, but there seems no possibility to verify their integrity?

In addition to what OmegaStarScream said you can get 1.5 and up here: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/releases?after=v0.2.0

Keep in mind they will not sync to the network due to network & protocol changes.

Also, compiling them at times will drive you nuts, they rely on a bunch of old packages that are no longer around. I actually had to download gigs and gigs of old linux CDs & DVDs to get what I needed and their dependencies.

Stay safe.
