Good day guys, I've been a full member when the merit is not yet implemented. As i was a full member then, my avatar is unlocked so i joined in a campaign and put on an avatar. But then some topics just got deleted on where i posted then i got demoted to a member rank. Now my avatar is stuck in forever and i cant find the avatar button in the settings. Do i have to be full member in order to edit my avatar again or do you have a clue how to fix this? Please help me

The most likely situation is; you achieved full member rank before the through activity before the launch of the merit system. You either had some posts deleted before merits were airdropped or your activity calculation before the event made you eligible for only 10 airdropped merits, hence the drop in rank, and disabling of the avatar feature.

Do i have to be full member in order to edit my avatar again or do you have a clue how to fix this? Please help me

You were adivsed in this topic you made last year to message an admin to manually remove the existing avatar.
Avatar feature would only be available again when you get to full member rank.

Already answered by Upgrade00, yet my thoughts and answer in your matter is simple. You've achieved full member right before merit system then due to your inactivity and posts deleted, admins preferred that you are fit only for the member rank. Hence, your account shouldn't be able to change avatar until you've reached the requirements. You shouldn't be bothered with having a stucked avatar because it wouldn't be affecting your posting and how some campaigns would accept you.

Im curious with his case. I know that there is adjustment made sometime for some ranks after the merit was implemented but if you already reached the full member rank or higher means they are not affected with it supposedly. Is it normal that the airdrop merit is gonna revert back to 0? In his case its "10" that retain when his post was deleted. Obviously he is a full member with the evident of his avatar. Can anybody who can explain how and why this happened. Just really curious about this case. Thanks.

Upgrade00 already explained this.
The Avatar was worn when he was a full member. That time there was no merit and ranks were determined only based on activity. Some posts were deleted, the activity decreased to less than 100 and he became a member.
When the merit system kicked-off, all users with member rank including this user received 10 airdropped merit.

So, there is no bug in ranking or merit system.
The bug is that this user is still wearing the avatar worn when he was a full member although he shouldn't be able to wear avatar.

There's a same issue for some old users that are below full member but still wearing avatar (In the past all users even newbies were able to wear avatar).

The former would really solve the case and if there's way to fix it was really to get 90 merits and the 120 activity. I think activity will surely be meet once you get those merit since that will get you more hours here being active before a 90 merit be thrown to you. Don't doubt yourself yet.

I think this was the same case of those Sr. Members that have to rank up to Hero and then those Hero that'll rank up to Legendary until the merit system surprised them, it's pretty sure a bad luck. But lucky to those who have already rank up and get the activity they need before the merit system kick-off. If these was a movie it should have been titled "The Unlucky Numbers of Activity: The Dawn of the Merit System."

I agree, 108 activity or post it might be deleted before the merit system is implemented. Since he doesn't have 120 posts even at this moment we could assume that it is deleted.

Ranking down when your post is deleted never happened to me but for sure it is what's gonna happened if you don't get the requirement to rank up. Anyway for sure if you're active in the forum you could work it out how to earn merits and rank up again  .

We don’t seem to have spotted that the OPs case is a non-case now (resolved some hours ago): The avatar no longer displays, so case closed really. The only thing the remains would be to know exactly how it was resolved (I figure @theymos intervened).
