I am suggesting that instead of a giveaway-like promotion maybe FLETA can choose a short or limited type of bounty and in that way participants are assured of receiving something rather than based things on luck via a raffle. I am sure that you guys have a little hoard of FLETA you all can share.

I agree with most of the people here that this is giveaway and not bounty. Only 20 would get the chance to win is a bit unfair. How about if everyone could get some? This post shouldn't be here as it is already mentioned by @mprep that any giveaway is not allowed. When it comes to luck that is chosen by a human, there is always the chance of partiality. It could be that they could just give those rewards to their known ones and hence, luck doesn't work.
