Because having that will never happen in our life time and even forever..

For Christians believers and other religions, there's a perfect world but it would be the afterlife. The next destination of a person after leaving this world.

But looking for that definition in our time, the definition of a perfect world depends on the person who's defining it.

No more racism, just love and peace. no more war. no more police and army. no more rebels. just pure love. the beach, the sun and the sand. the humming of the birds and waves of the ocean. perfect world for me.

The Perfect world is possible. But will be given to people that live according to the will of GOD. We honestly can't create that world by ourselves. The best we can create on earth before we're given our new bodies for a perfect world (promised by GOD) is something similar to the garden of eden...But we're still going to die in such garden, only after aging graceful— We live righteous/holy life(according to the will of GOD) in the garden, live in good health, age gracefully and die in peace.

A time will come (it's almost near) when holy people who live/die in CHRIST will be given new and everlasting bodies. They will rule the world with JESUS CHRIST for 1000 years. Thereafter, every other person who live according to the will of GOD will be given new bodies and we will all live in a perfect world, forever with GOD.

I don't see any hope in humans version of perfect world, without GOD. We must do things according to the will of GOD to eventually receive the Perfect World "in its own time".

Perfect means that there is no flaws at all, and is completely flawless. There is no war, no violence, no hatred, no famine, no disagreements, no deceitfulness, etc. But that is not true, because there is war, and there is violence, and other things, but that is what makes us human.

What I think the right word to describe Earth is beautiful but I do not think it is perfect. Earth has so many good things and bad things in life, but it makes everyone sane. I think perfect is literally just a hyperbole that is used for everything.

How can we really measure this thing? It depends upon the perspective of a person and how positive or negative he/she is when it comes seeing the world / place he/she is living. For people who aged, just having their loved ones around is already perfect. For a middle age person that wants to have everything yet unreachable, there are times that they will see the world imperfect.
