Is there any restriction for the bonus? There is no countries restriction as far as I can read on their general bonus terms page.
They have listed prohibited countries before your post and India is not listed there.
Logically when they are welcoming players from the non restricted countries then those players are eligible for the bonus.
I have never heard any sites that has countries restriction for their deposit bonus, countries restriction usually applies for casino site's that offers no deposit bonus or free spin.

We don't prohibit promocodes per specific countries, however there are 2 global types of promocodes we have:
1) For new users (1 time use), like BITCOINTALK code
2) For all users (1 time use), these are usually sent to active users of our platform via email on weekly basis or so.

Some sites has similar terms where players need to wager at least xx amount before players can make a withdrawal. The situation is as transperent as Bitinity said. By our terms if you would like to withdraw the deposited amount you should - 1) have a turnover of that deposit, 2) pass the KYC

I agree with this. KYC requirement at all levels would be a major factor for the players not to play on their site. At least, be lenient to small time players. Like if you are playing with small amount like below 1BTC, no need for KYC. But it is up to cyber.bet management, it is their call when it comes to this.
