Since the virus is cannot be seen by the naked eye, they can't use that as a defense. Yes, the customers will never know how they really got the virus especially if they are going to a lot of public places like casinos. But as part of the casino operator's duty, they need to ensure safety and implement protocols. They can sue them or report to the authorities if they saw that the facility is not implementing the protocol. A simple picture or video can already be proof if they lack proper distancing or something.

Even WHO said no mask can give complete protection but if you are wearing a mask and getting nearer to someone who already got infected which will increase the chances of infection by staying at the surface of the mask.So better practice social distancing but in a city is highly impossible on many occasions so let the vaccine to come and clear everything.

blaming the casino wont happen if those people dont have a reasons and as a business , casinos are already expecting them ever since the start of  thier operation and as a costumer , they already know the risk of going outside and going inside of the casino to play  .

Opening schools is more dangerous because 99.999% of children carry the virus asymptomatically, so one student infects the whole class and after that all older family members get the virus. This happens even if all safety measures are followed.

It is very dangerous for the other children at the school because their immune is susceptible, and they can get infect anytime while they are in the schools. I think schools need to be closed for more, and the children can learn at home.

I don't know whether to support or oppose the decision to open the schools. There are arguments, both in favor, and against this measure. The death rate for children from COVID 19 is extremely low and as per experts it is between 0.01% and 0.02%. The fatality rate increases with age. Therefore some of the governments may argue that the benefits in opening the schools may shadow the risks associated with it. If you ask me, I would say that online learning can never be as effective as school learning.

Unless at that place it happened, nothing can be done. Also, one is now responsible for themself, so people are using an alternate mode for gambling which is online gambling. Unless you cannot or do not want to use online then should be careful and take whatever precaution they can and then only go to casinos. Surely, Las Vegas is a famous destination for gamblers and tourist.Despite of the global pandemic happening people are not stopping from traveling. Although I must say that this time is not really a safe time to travel especially if it includes going in and out of crowded places such as airport. Yes, you are not mistaken. But still, even if young people become infected, they get sick with this virus much easier than the older generation. It may be worth looking for some kind of compromise solution - for example, separating young and old people. This will keep schools from closing and keep older people from getting infected.
