Wait for DT Members to tagging these cheaters I can't see even he/she had broke campaign rules. So based on what should leave negative feedback? Even he/she isn't much active on the forum nor participating in any paid campaign from long time. Also I had took look on his/her merit history, no abuse there. So based on provided evidence tag isn't appropriate IMO, but not sure about other DT members opinion. They might tag if they think appropriate. I am waiting if there is more strong evidence about his/her abuse. BitcoinDream claims to be a Bangladeshi which he is not.
Tag for that doesn't make sense really.

This is not broke campaign rules? Any violation and/or attempt to cheat may result in negative feedback to your profile, refusal to pay and blocking your account from further participation in our campaign.

This event happened almost 6 years ago and is not worth tagging constructive members of the forum over.
I'm surprised you didn't see that BitcoinDream also used to post in the Indian section of the forum quite a bit. Regardless of their origins, they are definitely fluent in Bengali.
If anything the BitcoinDream account may have been sold sometime between July and October 2017 as they only started caring about the Bangladesh thread in Oct 2017, but its hard to say for sure without any evidence other than a 3 month posting gap.

On a side note- @DarkStar_, please do me a favor. I was linked to one of your investigations on Chinabet bumping abuse, I can't find it now. I too found some proof some months ago but I forgot which these are. I would be thankful to you if you share the link. Looking for that because this issue has some hidden link with that bumping issue which may come into light.

I had noticed that long ago and had asked him directly about that. He denied to be an Indian and said that he posted there because there was only one board for sub continent or something like that. He is fluent in Bengali because he is from Kolkata, India. You know Bengali is also used in Kolkata. When I asked about this, he denied and said he had business in India and that's why he had to go in India but he had reserved a spot here- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=330628.msg3838986#msg3838986It's possible that the account changed hands but for your info, the Bengali thread for Bangladeshi user which BitcoinDream is moderating has been created in 2014- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=631891.0While the bitcoin address which newIndia used in 2014, have been found in BitcoinDream's profile in 2015. Doesn't this prove that the account is still in the hand of same owner as it was at the time of creating the thread? Please Note: A thread on reputation doesn't necessarily always for a negative tag. It's about someone's reputation, cheating on forum users, abusing the forum system (which still is under shadow). @coolcryptovator, if you need to tag him, his signature campaign abusing is enough. Others thing here proves BitcoinDream aka newIndia is a dishonest person, impersonating to be a Bangladeshi. @Johny Depp, grateful to you. I'm looking for that thread.

That doesn't explicitly state that two accounts from same person are not allowed. So it's not an abuse.

You seem to have posted in India forum as well - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5055377.0. Why is that? It's possible that the account changed hands but for your info, the Bengali thread for Bangladeshi user which BitcoinDream is moderating has been created in 2014- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=631891.0While the bitcoin address which newIndia used in 2014, have been found in BitcoinDream's profile in 2015. Doesn't this prove that the account is still in the hand of same owner as it was at the time of creating the thread? I dont think BitcoinDream account changed hand either, because of this comment - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5162637.msg51744806#msg51744806. But, do we have any evidence that newIndia account did not change hand? Because six years back account trading or using an account as collateral was pretty normal. @Johny Depp, grateful to you. I'm looking for that thread.
Welcome.

Not convinced yet. There wasn't any rules about alt account on the main post of mentioned signature campaign. So it doesn't make sense to tag for this reason. I don't think BitcoinDream has changed hand based on his posting styles. I don't know if he is honest or dishonest until you provide appropriate evidence. I am pretty sure he is from Bangladesh, because those post made on Indian board are in English (not by Bindi), and of course its done by both account. There is no such as KYC system on the forum to verify identity, so either he is from Bangladesh or from India/Kalkata doesn't make any difference and it wouldn't prevent moderate his thread. Because most probably he know very well Bangladesh language and writing as well. So it's not anything to mention again and again here. ~Snip~

Back then, I wanted a place to write some tutorials, technical stuff and awareness threads on bitcoin, cryptocurrency. Since we don't have a subboard, for a while, it seems to me the best place. IIRC, I didn't create any more thread after that one. @coolcryptovator You can't deny that newIndia is an Indian user. You can't deny that BitCoinDream is an alt of newIndia. You can't deny that they both used same address. You can't deny that BitcoinDream didn't change hands. Then how come you deny that BitcoinDream isn't Bangladeshi? Well, it's up to you how you evalaute all the proofs posted above. You may check BitcoinDream's post as well. Will any gambling site allow creating more than one account? I don't have much idea. But logically, none of the centralized services like exchanges or gambling sites allow more than ine account per person. Then how both newIndia and BitcoinDream participated in same signature campaign with two different Pocket Dice ID? Don't you think that's cheating? If not, what's all about "cheating" which campaign manager of Pocket Dice signature campaign manager referred to? He is moderating the Bangladeshi thread while he is not a Bangladeshi but impersonating as Bangladeshi. Isn't it dishonesty? Come on, coolcryptovator. Don't change the definition of dishonesty. You have more sense of humor than most other people here. Edit @Johny Depp It doesn't make any sense whether or not newIndia changed hands. They both are Indian- proved. newIndia still is an Indian, no matter who controls the account. But BitcoinDream is pretending to be Bangladeshi while his account isn't changed hands.

IIRC, I didn't create any more thread after that one. Despite having a thread for Bangladesh you needed a place to write tutorial and chose India forum. That does not make you an Indian. But, while not having any thread for Bangladesh (or not having an active one), BitcoinDream was posting in India forum. That makes him an Indian? I do not get your logic here! @Johny Depp It doesn't make any sense whether or not newIndia changed hands. They both are Indian- proved. newIndia still is an Indian, no matter who controls the account. But BitcoinDream is pretending to be Bangladeshi while his account isn't changed hands.
It really makes a lot of sense whether newIndia changed hands, especially when it changed hand, if at all. Until then, nothing really is proved. newIndia now is an Indian - is correct. But, BitcoinDream can be from Bangladesh as well, like you are. If the newIndia account changed hand in early days, then everything falls in place and all the allegations you are bringing in become baseless. That is why I asked... But, do we have any evidence that newIndia account did not change hand? Because six years back account trading or using an account as collateral was pretty normal.

Having one or two accounts is not something to be marked or violated, as long as the account stays on a straight line, If the account is accused of "cheating in the same campaign, avoiding bans, selling accounts, cheating etc." something that cannot be compromised must be acted according to the rules.
BitcoinDream & newIndia there is not one point that can be taken in this accusation, still the presumption has not been proven to be consistent and valid, for that cannot be made a suspect in this case.
If you have other evidence and can make their evidence suspect, in this case, there may be consideration for them from DT. In this case the evidence is not strong, the accusations for them, are still floating. Still need accurate proof that they break the rules, if you have them.
The conclusion: OP, this accusation cannot be taken in a single decision against BitcoinDream & newIndia "but" it is temporary, if later you can provide valid evidence about them leading to the suspect.

Maybe leaving a neutral feedback here might be a fair compromise? Since the bounty cheating had happened last 6 years ago and I agree with nutildah that it might be irrelevant now and as well they are both confirmed accounts of just one person I think just tagging them with a neutral feedback would make sense in order to prevent them on cheating a bounty in the future.

This topic involving me has lately come to my attention. Though, it is a pretty old issue, I thought I should clear up the doubts. In 2014, when this incident happened, some of us, who were active at India forum, had a small group outside of Bitcointalk for quick communication. There were people from neighboring countries in that group as well, e.g. Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, for those there were no dedicated sub forum in Bitcointalk. I asked for a loan in that group and offered my account as collateral. Back then, Bitcointalk account as collateral was a regular affair. BitcoinDream offered me the loan and my account went to his custody. At this point, the giveaway came to my notice. I asked him to apply for this with my account, so that the loan gets partially repaid. He did it with his address. After that I regained my account and removed that address, as it was not mine. Forgot to remove it from the thanksgiving post though. It does not matter either way, because sender quoted my post - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=552617.msg6042997#msg6042997. That's all happened. Hope it clears the doubt. It was great to revisit those days though.
