I believe that wolwoo's problem is that Blacknavy was a merit source. He doesn't complain for Blacknavy being (now) a merit source, but for being previously chosen. His question is: "why him and not me?" It is hard to understand the logic of an irrational person, but I tried my best.

Forum users like that should be removed as one of the merit sources. In my opinion, this guy will only send most of the merit source's merits to alt accounts and those who are more deserving to receive merit will not earn merit until someone who is not a merit source and have smerits to send a merit to the good poster.

It's not for reputation, I believe wolwoo is complaining about moderator EFS not removing some trolling posts/topics and investigatory part of topic is for different discussion. I have no clue what does this mean:

Bu durumun sizi zor duruma sokmaması için Trust listemdeki herkesi siliyor ve sizin de beni trust listenizden kaldırmanızı tavsiye ediyorum ki bu durum yerel forumu zor duruma sokmasın. 2018'in başından beri kullandığım tek üyelik Blacknavy'dir, bazı hesapları tanıyor ve bazılarını ise hiç tanımıyorum. Hi guys, I was spotted by a member today due to the transaction match on some accounts I rented for Bitcoin in 2017. In order for this situation not to put you in a difficult situation, I delete everyone on my Trust list and I recommend that you remove me from your trust list so that this does not put the local forum in a difficult situation. The only membership I have used since the beginning of 2018 is Blacknavy, it knows some accounts and I do not know some at all. I will continue to write here again, but it is of course sad for me that my account gets negative. Thank you to everyone.

That topic was created as a response to a post in wolwoo's topic which he locked. ( the topic in the first link clearly needs to get deleted btw)

He is complaining about EFS's passive stance on things.

They are brainlessly flaming each other in the other posts.

This is the part where Blacknavy swears and trolled. I asked EFS to be deleted because it is an issue that any troll will open. When it came to Blacknavy, he did not delete it. I also gave negative feedback.
This forum is now like the wild west. There are multis all around.
