Faucet is only one promotional method to attract players. In my opinion, this is not a priority. At least, VipGame has also carried out other promotional methods such as referrals, signature campaigns, and promos conducted through the website. They offered something like register bonus sometime ago, it was posted by Hhampuz on the signature campaign thread but the link is limited to 100 registrants only IIRC. If you are suggesting for faucet, how much you expect from it since the minimum bet here is 1000 satshi if I'm not mistaken. Faucet in general is to try the game before players make a deposit but if the minimum bet is 1000 satoshi means that the faucet should be at least 1000 satoshi. It will attract people obviously but high risk to be abused.

Registered and observed that the games performed fine. What is the house edge on these games op? Also, the FAQ section needs to be improved since there are just a couple of questions. Important questions like min deposit, withdrawal etc are all missing.

Thanks, I thought about it as well but I was not quite sure so I asked about it.
So the chance of winning can be calculated easily as there is also information on how many qualified players for the draw.
Still waiting to know about the drawing system, if it is provably fair then it will be great.

Why are only alphanumeric characters allowed with a maximum length of 20 characters for the password field? If you're properly hashing and storing passwords, the character range shouldn't really matter (I can't think of any modern password hashing algorithm that doesn't support special characters), and the maximum length supported by hashing algorithms should be longer than 20 for anything modern (bcrypt supports 72 characters for example).

Edit: No OTP 2FA either which kinda sucks.

That's right. It's good that they have low house edge compare to other sites that have 1% house edge or much higher than 1%. It's still okay if they do have faucet or not. You know a casino is taking their promotion seriously when they make a Signature Campaign.  This really increase the visibility, so good for you! It's also good that you've obtained the license already. I went through the Terms and Conditions, and with reasonable KYC policy they look fine.
The design looks nice, but Coinflip image does not look 1080p to me, it seems blurred (perhaps on purpose, but I don't like it).
I've tried to ented a password with special characters, and I agree with Darkstar that it's something you should not forbid. I tried to register, but at first it was problematic because one has to click on the form and scroll down to see the 'Register' Button, and there is nothing indicating that this should be done.
I also think it would be better to let people enter usernames during the registration rather than assign them letters and numbers which can then be manually changed to something else. I also did not understand what 'ghost mode' means. It would be useful if hovering with a mouse cause a banner to pop up and tell what it means.
