Hey everyone,
Recently I have been Google clouds free trial to mine vanity address (Ether addresses using vanityeth because I cant figure out how to configure vanitygen into the VM).

I have a few question regarding this:
1. Is this against the google cloud tos? (I don't think it is but it's sort of like mining)
Google stated that "2.2 Customer may not use the Services to engage in mining cryptocurrency"

2. How can I keep the vanity app running even if I close the SSH terminal?

Note: I had been running a single 8v core VM with max cpu utilization for 24 hours and I haven't got banned yet.

I doubt this violates the tos.

As for your 2nd question, I have always used TMUX.  #2 on this list:  https://www.tecmint.com/keep-remote-ssh-sessions-running-after-disconnection/
