There will always be people claiming that they believed and knew who Satoshi Nakamoto is. In reality, it's our choice to believe them or not but most likely, the majority won't believe whenever some claims that he is Satoshi or whenever someone points out that who Satoshi is.

There are lots of rumors and conspiracy who Satoshi really is but none of the proves their claim. Talking about the real identity of satoshi is truly a great entertainment but it doesn't mean that we need to force ourselves in disclosing an identity of a person who doesn't even want a spotlight  .

Whoever it was, I think most people will not entertain any kind of theory regarding the real identity of Satoshi Nakamoto  as there has been a lot already and until now, we are still blank on who really is Satoshi Nakamoto in real life, I would say it's a total waste of time if we entertain this kind of theory, unless there is a valid evidence that would really connect to the real Satoshi Nakamoto.

Thing is, the market has evolved even with  Satoshi Nakamoto's identity remained anonymous, so how would it change bitcoin?

because every year we have new characters who say they met satoshi? sometimes even the person considers himself satoshi and I believe that by the end of the year we will see more people claiming that they met satoshi or that they are satoshi. If this Pablo Escobar family really knew satoshi nakamoto, then they would have said that years ago and I very much doubt that people like Faketoshi did not know about this story. In my opinion these descendants of Pablo Escobar want to gain attention thanks to bitcoin the worst part of this story Is when they say that the supposed satoshi nakamoto that his real name is Yasutaka Nakamoto smuggled cocaine to Pablo, which definitely does not help bitcoin image. I believe with all my heart that Satoshi would not have used his real surname as this would be a ever so slightly large security slip up.

I do also believe that he was only human so would be worried about forgetting his original name. Therefore he would've slightly changed it.

Are we going to trust the words of someone descending from Pablo's family tree? Although it's not Pablo himself, it's going to be quite hard for me and most others to trust any of his relatives. Especially after his Diet Bitcoin, which turned into a huge fail and possible scam (heard of it before the launch, but never kept up to date with it).

At this point, it's probably going to be pretty hard even for Satoshi himself to come out and prove he's the legit one especially if he hasn't planned for his identity reveal from the beginning.

I don't know for other people, but I don't believe this to be true. There are many other people that has been believed to be the real Satoshi Nakamoto but none of them were. This family of Pablo Escobar are saying this Yasutaka is Satoshi because he has Nakamoto in his name, which is the same thing with Dorian Nakamoto who was first believed to be the real Satoshi Nakamoto.

Even now there are people who believe that Nick Szabo is the creator of Bitcoin because he has worked on similar things in the past, such as the Bit Gold. You can do your research. Now this even makes the claim look more stupid and a desperate attempt to grasp from attention. Something certainly is not right. Satoshi being a very mysterious figure who has never responded or defended himself against any claim despite months and months of different claims from different people. I am really doubting that news, must be just another garbage bait just to get some attention from people and readers. However, granted they know the real Satoshi Nakamoto then the best thing to do is to show us where to really communicate with the guy and have him show of being genuine. As what I have been suggesting, the legend of Satoshi Nakamoto can be continuing as long as the real guy will continue to be in hiding (or maybe he is dead, anyway).

They are trying so hard to be relevant these days even though their deceased kingpin is just a legend and nothing more. Good theory too, most of us think it's just a person and that is the reason why some people are finding ways to discover the real identity of Satoshi Nakamoto as a person. The business thing I guess? Many people stole identity or perhaps, claims identity especially of someone great that stays anonymous. To make it simple, the person decided to not disclose himself, and what we should do is to respect his decision not to make it as a tool to make people confused. They might just end up becoming like Craig Wright, instead of becoming Satoshi, his reputation was destroyed. Youre absolutely right and the samething happened with CSW but it really sad and ridiculous that claiming to be the real Satoshi is the man strategy people used these days to get popular, gaining attention and been in the headlines pages.
