I think you should evaluate why no one is participating your competition then consider what to do to attract players to participate.
If I have to say why it gets no participants, your prize is too low compared to the requirement that players need to do to participate.
No offenses, other sites offers bigger prize for almost similar competition so you need to consider something better or at least the same as other sites.
