I won 0.02 BTC and wanted to withdraw 0.018 BTC to check the site.

The transaction was voided, 0.018 was gone, and the remaining 0,002 was gone too.

My account balance is null.

Chatbot says its because I've exceeded the 0.001 BTC bets.

When I asked it why they place 0.0025 and 0.005 BTC buttons on the roulette, it said:

I found the problem. It turns out that in order for the problems to disappear, you first need to change the mobile operator that provides the Internet. After talking with the manager, I did not receive a permanent answer, but when using an international provider, the problems disappeared by themselves.
