The issue is no legit crypto sports book demand a deposit in order to process sign up bonus cash out. It is not going to stop multi accounting abuse because one can simply deposit for different wallet.
If you are legit (which I highly doubt) remove the deposit requirement.

I had a similar experience. I got a promotional email regarding free spins no. I just wagered succesfully to all the wagering requirements and they just denied my withdraw. Also, they refused me to give an aswer on their main thread.

Just stay away. This is definitely an unprofessional, untrustworthy and misleading casino. I am sorry for your bad experience by the way.

If you read carefully the original post you will notice the URL to our terms & conditions. That was to avoid such problems occuring. No deposit is needed to get the free bonus. That is the case.
