If you are having a project which is going to deal a real-world application or you're going to focus on solving a long existing problem then you can go for ICO. Otherwise it would be much better to focus on other things except conducting ICOs. Anyhow I am sure that you are going to face very hard time to convince people to contribute in your ICO. Because, people here got complete frustration out of lots of scammy ICOs. So, there are only 25% chances for a successful ICO. I'm not here to discourage you but I am just starting the facts.

Even I am hating IEOs and I prefer only ICOs because of the welfare of people of this community espl bounty hunters, I like to suggest you to go for contacting any exchange for IEOs. Because only with IEO, there could be some chances for raising big amount of money for your project development; given that I am assuming you're working for a real project. Good luck .

Airdrops and bounties are no longer effective IMO. All these campaigns will not truly bring you successful funding because people already know what's trash and what's legit. Unless you have a really good use-case for your product, a well-known team, big corporations that invested in you, a famous person on your team like an advisor, etc.

Your project must be something that the world really needs, there are already a lot of projects that came out. Right now, we need a project that will drive mass-adoption. Some projects are not doing ICO's but have big corporations lining up like Nestle because of the technology being massive. I'd say try to pitch your project to big investors so far.

bounties and airdrops are used as the final paid advertising. however, if you want to be successful in creating projects, try doing IEO, not ICO. choose a large exchanger, even if it costs money, if you really want to develop a project, then that is the pay. in addition, to make your supporters more confident, try paying with coins that have a price, and use escrow. that's what I think.

No room for ICO in crypto space anymore, it's an old strategy now, scammers ruin everything about ICO and using ICO won't do any good because investors find it harder to trust ICO projects today, try using IEO instead and secondly you will need airdorps and bounties to create enough attention to your project

I think the current trend now in the cryptocurrency space is IEO not ICO however if you need to carry out ICO that would be very successful you need a project that carry human face not a scam. It is very hard to run a successful ico these day now but if anybody want to run a successful ico then your project should be very good with long term vision that will help to solve the society problem. You should plan on using IEO instead, it works better and faster than ICO, no one use ICO anymore for raising funds, for your IEO to be successful though you have to choose good exchange, some exchanges have bad volume and liquidity, do research on that

To be frank, ICOs are long forgotten and if your team should take such steps they might be faced with a lot of challenges because nowadays no one is ready to take unnecessary risks with them (ICOs) when IEO is already presenting a better alternative with lesser risks. In my own opinion, your team can work on carrying out IEO on good exchanges, it must not be on top exchanges, there are good exchanges to start IEO on and so far the idea of the project is unique and applicable then the chances of success even after IEO will likely keep increasing.

2. ICO is long gone, don't use ICO unless you are fine raising funds for two or even three years
3. With IEO it will only take you minutes to hours or days to raise funds depending on the exchange you choose
4. The success of IEO fundraising depends on exchanges, make sure you use medium to high rated exchanges

I think you need to extend your advertisement and promotion by holding an AMA (ask me anything) events, It would be best if it is a live event but due to pandemic, a video chat can do I think.  If you have the budget, you may need to hire a known personality to promote your project, same way Centra hired Floyd Mayweather to advertise their products, sadly they turned out to be a fraud.

Well first of all, hire the best designer you could afford, designer is the most important thing in an ICO and its by far with a big margin yet many ICO people do not realize this. I am not talking about your friend who took that photoshop class in college, no I mean spend all your money you can afford on designer. Why? Because designers makes things look better and if something doesn't look good, it could be the best project in the world but nobody would ever look at it.

If I were OP, probably I will never think about going for ICO these days. Because after lots of scams here, people may never touch ICOs again. Otherwise it will take lots of efforts to convince them to get back into ICOs. I'm not sure what kind of marketing strategy will be making that kind of magic working.

Conducting an ico in my own opinion is failure at first sight.
you do not need to worry yourself at all about Crowdfunding, the first question should be does your project product attract investors? Does it create buzz in your community?

Even with Bounties and Airdrop, if your product cannot create buzz, a Crowdfunding program is a waste

Here are my suggestions:

• Create an attractive Ann thread here on forum, particularly on this section if its a token type. Token Altcoins
• Go for an IEO instead of ICO, many investors are avoiding ICOs now due to scam. But you can set a private sales for institutional investors that will be interested on your platform
• Ready your MVP or working platform before conducting any public or private sales so they can see that its working already
• Manage the legality or papers that you need for launching
• Prepare roadmap, website, social sites, whitepaper, and most importantly, github post for open check ouf your progress

If you can finish all of this then you are ready for your launching. Bounty and airdrop is not necessary and only an optional perks of marketing. But its always good to have for some traction.

Bounties work easily if the project is promising and has a good feature.
If it doesn't, the hype won't work.
Pay as much as possible with your own money. It's suffocating to witness another project that will fail again and workers won't get anything afterward.
