I want to register on a platform, but I'm from new york which is a rejected location for it, so they reject my documents.
If you can do it for me, I will pay you 25$ for the simple service. The only required document is a Driving License , National Card OR Passport (no selfie)

First of all, you need to tell us on which platform you want to have an account. KYC it’s not some pointless thing, to trust everyone just like that and give them personal data.
Next, there is a big risk of giving personal data to a complete stranger (it is you in this case). There is no way that you can guarantee the confidentiality of data and that they will not be abused.
So, selling personal info for $25 certainly not advisable, and my advice to everyone is to stay away from your offer.
