Why do not all people understand that we are one with nature? When a person harms nature, treats nature irresponsibly, then he harms himself. After all, when we come to this world, our parents give us a body, then we grow, developing from the products that nature has given us. We come to this world and leave it, leaving everything here. Why do people need some great gains, some incessant thirst for power? After all, all we can do is transfer things from one place to another (this is not our merit, it does not belong to us). What kind of world will we leave for our children and grandchildren? When will we wake up?

because people now are not aware about the Food Chain, and the cycle of life.

People nowadays denies to believe about science instead they are imitating their own ways of living just to allow themselves have everything they need.

Most people who destroy nature they never thought that their actions will impact to themselves because most of them only for money. eg illegal logging undertaken in mountainous areas they do logging makes the forest became less and fewer trees and cause landslides, water shortages this examples that make this nature is broken.

Why do people not understand that a man is a part of nature?

For the same reason that people don't recognize God, the Creator and Maker of nature. Nature is so wonderful, especially feelings and emotions regarding their pleasures, that they don't take time to look at much of anything else... not even the One Who made them.

Of course, after a little while they die.

They harm the nature because the results cannot be visible when done one by one.
If they do it as a majority then they are going to see the real results of that and they would treat nature in a more responsible way.
And on top of that no one thinks what is going to happen in 50-6660 years from now as they know they are going to die till then.

Ofcourse, but everything is given to us by an invisible CREATOR, GOD ALMIGHTY not really our parents or "nature".

✴The most important thing is to love the CREATOR... When you truely love HIM, you wouldn't destroy and abuse things HE created. ..  (things like people, animals, plants, our environments, the world, etc) or do things HE dislikes
We have to live in peace, in love and harmony with our One True GOD and things HE created. Ofcourse if you get attacked wrongly by any part of nature, you will need to handle them in ways that are moral or right, not the way you think is right. GOD wants us to be perfect.

We call ourselves as smartest creature of this earth, but we forget that we are not the only creatures living here.We are making borders, trapping animals, killing them for our profits and many animals were extincted due to our daily routine mistakes.

Nothing we can do now, let the nature reset the things by itself like mass extinction of human.

We are just as natural as a blade of grass. All of our deepest desires, thoughts, emotions, etc. are those that thousands of ancestors bestowed upon us to survive. Our stream of consciousness is sort of a conversation with the universe. Even the ability to think such thoughts is a miracle and a gift.

Few appreciate just how limited our conscious understanding is.

Religion teaches the masses that nature was created for us.  :/

Ignorant example in this thread.

I agree.
And now people are being more realistic that they think nature is just resources that could actually make them rich.
This mindset leaves us with no safer home.
We cannot undo the damage, people are trying to develop everyday.
I just hope we all know its importance.

I read all the comments. And I believe that we are all right. First of all, we need to start with ourselves. We are all at different levels of development, and no matter how developed and understanding we are, we always have something to strive for. On our way, we can set an example for the people who surround us. Over time, people around will also begin to change for the better, will begin to understand the cause and effect in nature and in general life.

I think that each of us can make this world a better place simply by starting with ourselves, at least with controlling thoughts in our minds, directing them in a good direction. Over time, everyone will understand what to do, each of us has his own role and his own path.

We are all at different levels of development

That's hitting the nail right on the head.  Being an American, I cannot ask those in less developed countries not to want what I have.

Countries such as India and China are going to industrially develop, with a lot more pollution than our underpopulated continent.

Placing ourselves first, as stated in your last post, seems to go against nature and the spirit of your first post.  :/

Actually, we are all mistaken. What I mean is, we understand nature so imperfectly, that we think that we can figure out how to sustain ourselves living on the moon or Mars.

On Earth, the whole of nature is supporting our lives in various ways. The man-made Biosphere and Biosphere 2, were not able to support life for indefinite periods of time. Why not? Because they didn't have all of the bacteria and virus life that constantly blows around the world, in them.

We are almost never going to be able to set the moon or Mars up for indefinite living, even if we bring all kinds of "Earth" along to them. The ISS is an example of how long people can remain and live there. The moon and Mars would take tremendous amounts of Terra-forming to make them truly habitable, long term.

We are part of nature of this Earth.

because society has brainwashed its citizens by disconnecting them from reality...we live in a fake man-made ecosystem, disconnected from nature..without any respect towards it, we got disconnected from our roots

Yes, I agree to this on a personal level.

But I believe that the problem would be greatly resolved and appreciated faster if those who are in the position of power and policy making could actually follow this way of thinking to heart, as their mission to save mankind which include's the world's ecosystem that we live in.

Making science fiction into reality is very interesting, but why focus on fiction when we could focus on the reality of what's going on in this world, including the problems that we face on a global scale instead.

That's also the nature of humans tho. We're very egocentric, or should i say "anthropocentric". We care so little about nature as a whole and put our full attention on ourselves
