I understand that hardware wallets are the best and most secure crypto wallet out there if I am speaking correctly. However, mobile wallets are mostly used due to ease of access, free to use, portability, and some personal reasons. With a bunch of mobile wallets out there, choosing a good one is fast becoming a herculean task. In your opinion, what are the top 3 features one should be looking out for in every multi-currency mobile wallet?

Just for features, here are my basic needs.
1. QR codes - Both read and create. Send and receive, save private keys to import and address as contact. 2. Bio-metric lock - Quick with nearly no risks when you have your phone with yourself mostly. 3. Availability of choosing fees - Not a mobile related thing but as most of the mobile wallets are not allowing this.

Firstly, the wallet has to be top notch in terms of security. Meaning, it has to be fully secured with private keys, mnemonics, keystore and the ability to be locked with biometrics and every other high level security feature. Secondly, wallet must be swift and fluid with the ability to be accessed and used conveniently. Thirdly, wallet should have support for multi chains, meaning, it must not be limited to just a single blockchain but have support for several blockchains. Other secondary features include DEX or inbuilt decentralized exchanges.

Storing multiple coins and tokens in a same place is the best feature of mobile wallets in my opinion and easy to keep track of all our transactions, no need to login to our desktop.Adjusting the fees manually is also available in some crypto wallets.

^ The most important is, you are the one who holds your private key. Because this means that not your private key, not your coins stored. Probably people looking wallets are those that can be installed and downloaded on google play store because it is safe and reliable from hacking and phishing links. Once it is fully verified by the google play store it means it is safe but if not they will delete it. Nevertheless, the crypto mobile app wallet is very risky, that why I installed those trusted ones that did not have major complaints of hacking.

While choosing a mobile wallet service, I pay attention to be easy to use, to operate smoothly and to be easily accessible. On the other hand, while making a choice, I pay attention to make detailed research about the application security and the project team and make choices accordingly. On the other hand, if I am using an Android device, I download the application I prefer via the “Google Play Store” and I definitely do not prefer APK files provided by external sources.

Great input, the 3rd one made me remember a user that paid over $2m in transaction fee today. probably, the wallet had made that error during an automatic fee calculation.

Mobile wallets is the most commonly used type of wallet. i.e is a simple app that is downloaded to the smartphone. in which the enormous usability reduces one security level because the loss or theft of the smartphone could allow access to the user’s private key. Therefore, it is necessary to make a copy of the private keys on another device. It would also be advisable as a feature of the wallet to have a quick and efficient way to block the funds at the user’s request. Without these precautions, with the loss or theft of the smartphone, all funds deposited in the wallet could be lost. best features: 1. is identified with an address. 2. The balance in cryptocurrencies associated with an address is public. Thus, one can check the cryptocurrencies managed in a wallet. 3. The wallets interact in a market or Stock Exchange. i.e a financial market that allows trading between different currencies as well as assigning economic value to cryptocurrencies,

I wasnt aware for this news or just missed this one. I cant imagine the user do feel right now on setting out that $2M in fees. Going back on topic about what are the features that i do prefer on a crypto wallet. All things can be seen when you do make use of electrum or Imtoken. 1. You do have the keys. 2. Importing via QR 3. Security which is always in default.

The most important thing should be the ability to export your private key consider as the owner of the amount and you must able to move or open your wallet in various kinds of wallets. It's not that all of the wallets have made this feature available and it's really important features that must have available in any wallet.

First, make sure the wallet application can be installed on our device. Also make sure we can have a private key, not just a password. In addition, we also need to download it from the official and trusted websites. We can use app store and play store. Never download it from an unclear source, it could be fake, and you can lose all your coins. Don't forget to use the default security, usually in the form of email/phone confirmation, and 2fa.

We are using mobile wallets because these wallets are very easy to use and access anywhere. The best feature is swap option I think, none of this good feature is this feature. Some mobile wallets have deposit fees. This isn't good. One feature should be added for any mobile wallet coins received from mail.

the most important feature is the security feature, because it's a feature that makes people always use a mobile wallet. sometimes there are cases of loss, assets sent to other wallets without the knowledge of the owner, many cases like this have been experienced by mobile wallet users

The security is the most important features that a mobile crypto wallet needed because that will secure the user account so they can prevent from the hacker. The other features may be about the converting function inside the wallet so the user can convert their coins to another coin, and they don't have to send it into the exchanges.

Very few mobile wallet has the option to sign a message from an address. In electrum mobile, it is not available. I would be more than happy to see every mobile wallet has the option to sign message. Things like having full access, private key, seed key are first priority but such features should be by default.

Many popular mobile wallets works perfectly and satisfying enough for me but one actually feature that I need so badly is instant notification for transaction, both incoming and outgoing

The feature you are looking for is available in Trust wallet, it comes automatically off and you need to go into settings under trust wallet app and on this feature yourself, it works good.

Storing multiple coins and tokens in a same place is the best feature of mobile wallets in my opinion and easy to keep track of all our transactions, no need to login to our desktop.Adjusting the fees manually is also available in some crypto wallets.
it's not even a feature and that's the main thing that must be owned by any wallet. There must be various features like hybrid exchange site that builds inside the wallet itself combined with staking and masternode support. It's better if the wallet created the explorer feature too.
