I would suggest you to first trade that account for 3 to 6 months, show people your performance, provide them with trackable and verifiable trading results, then present them with your AUM and NAV value of your account and the increase in NAV every month, these stats will give the investors a rough idea about your trading capabilities and if found good they will invest in your token in hope of stable returns but only if you are doing well, no one will invest with you blindly.

It is not as easy as you think, i have been part of couple of similar telegram based trading programs in the past, where they sold the tokens to investors and posted them for trading at decentralized forkdelta, one project was not able to make any decent returns and people are calling for refunds but that project is still looking for more time to make the fund profitable. Another project with a really good trader initially had great returns i know he has made more than 150% in furst few months of trading but then he was also not able to make constant profits and losses alongwith floating negative trades with negative investor sentument the trader has decided to close the fund and refund each token holder according to the nav that each token has.

Launching your token without IEO or ICO will affect the value of your token if it gets traded on exchange with no reputation so first go with the promotion, built community then launch your token to make it as valuable but in my opinion there is no hope for the new projects in 2020 so consider about changing your launch in the bullish trend.

I do not think such a project can work because if you will not be able to make profit even for couple of weeks people will start selling the token or they will start asking for refunds and you will be found in no mans land, trafing for masses is not an easy task, you will also be responsible gor other people's money and it is an extreme pressure job.

To be frank do we need another coin and i would like to know the purpose to launch a coin and what is the exchange you are talking about. Are you planning to start an exchange just to launch a coin and then to launch multiple tokens and coins to make money  .

Binance is a top exchange in the sense of the trading volume and they have their own coin but i doubt how long they will survive the speculative bubble.

Your exchange site will actually a new exchange site and you will be issued a new token and that means your token will be useless. Didn't you wanna try to see how much demand for your exchange site rather than try to launch a new token urgently?

The community is kee enough to evaluate new coming project/s and with that before you launch be sure that everything is clear enough to understand the purpose of this project and also prepared to be in question. It is not only to degrade your capability and the project itself but also this way the community could evaluate how serious is your team for this and not like the others after launching their project they also have gone.
When it regards in project listing, you may have to send a proposal directly to the exchanger you want to be and submit the things the needed. But as I said, you need to prepared for query and criticism and have to prove that you're not hiding any but purely of good intention.

Price should be dependent to the economy of your token. It's not just about the trading accounts but if there's something happening to your token. Most likely, if there's a bad news, there will also be a down wave for the price of the token.
