Innosilicon T2TZ (30T) edition - Hashboard down

Just logging on the forum that I had issue with a hashboard dropping off a unit from a T2TZ which is the single tube 30T version.

Symptoms:
Unit would boot and tune to "stock" speed then would drop hashrate and start another cycle with one board missing from UI resulting in about 20th/s in hashrate.

This occurred after updating to the latest FW available on Innosilicon's website after a few days of activity.  

After some troubleshooting I was able to correct the issue by reflashing FW to a older version, details below.
