Nothing in your current TOS states anything about you selling user data to third parties. In fact, a line of your TOS specifically states:

Nothing in this Agreement shall create or confer any rights or other benefits in favour of any third parties not party to this Agreement.

Anyway, pretty scummy to be selling an entire dump of your users' information without even getting their permission. None of your users agreed to what you're about to do. Following through with this would be a pretty major ethical breach imo, and would probably be illegal if you don't inform users beforehand and/or don't comply with GDPR-related requests. I would recommend you either remove the email database from the list of articles for sale entirely, or send out an email getting people's explicit permission for what you're about to do.
