Posting a software file when you are a brandnew is a big no-no here, there's a big suspicion that you are up to something if you are going to do this because you have a disposable account, so many brandnew accounts are reported of trying to hack other people's account.
Yes, and usually the people try to scam like this way by the profile brand new member. If you visit announcement thread of altcoin then you can see each day trying to post fake ann where they use old account but those are new. They always post malware file to steal fund.
