roxroxy is having long gap in posts between September 04, 2015 and July 28, 2019. Must have been woken up just to bump the ViteX Exchange's ANN.

Most probably alt of ViteLabs, might have bought to bump their ANN.
They bumped ViteX ANN here and here and VITE here.

People talk about current dt system flaws a lot but this one is the main flaws. We should tag whom we think tag worthy. The feedback system is to get a better trading experience on the forum. If you tag, it will be visible to you and that's the main goal of feedback system. Tag from DT is to save other forum members.

OP, Start doing something that you think violates the rules, it's better, than other people have to do something they don't know yet.

Marking an account is not an objective of DT, if the account does not violate forum rules or cheats, it needs something very valid proof for DT to start marking it.

Having an Alt account does not violate existing rules, while an Alt account does not commit fraud, etc.

Most probably alt of ViteLabs, might have bought to bump their ANN.
They bumped ViteX ANN here and here and VITE here.

I checked a few posts from participants who commented on their ANN, but did not point out any danger or lead to fraud.

The conclusion:
If you feel wronged by them you can mark it or you can make a flag to declare them deceiving you, provided that sufficient evidence is included.
Maybe, DT can consider the best they do.
