I'm sorry to say this, but your tips is bad. What I read on your tips is actually you suggesting for leave your coins in an exchange. Remember not your key, not your coin if you leave your coins in exchange, you didn't have full control about your coins. It's doesn't matter how secure your account, how strong your password, how good you hide your personal information... If the exchange got hacked, your will lost all your coins. You need to know, there are so many exchanges get hacked every year [1]. The safest way to leave your coins is on hardware wallets (e.g. Ledger, Trezor)

Another bad tips, you shouldn't only trust a top list on CMC and do own research. CMC is knownly listed top fake volume exchanges [2]. It's better to use coingecko IMO

Forget coinmarketcap, their exchange ratings aren't fair enough, coingecko is still better, the best exchanges are binance kucoin Okex huobi gate bithumb etc, don't use p2pb2b exchange because it's too exchange on coinmarketcap

First of all for an investor it will take years to make profits from their capital so if someone turns out to be an investors after covid 19 they can't expect any returns for atleast a year.Then investor means they need to hold their coins for that they need a better wallet not on exchanges no matter what kind of security they are giving.

Somehow I can't seem to understand your point before the tips. But I think anyone coming to invest will know all this simple tips to start with. You can't just bump into cryptocurency and start investing just like that. No good investor will hold his coins on an exchange or even share his details publicly. There is more to investment than this.

1. Use dummy email accounts, you can publicly those without any worry.
2. Nope, use top 3 exchange with real volume cap or good reputation.
3. 2FA is a must in almost every exchange today

I will like to add that, it is always safe to create a different wallet for every DEX or decentralized exchange you transact on and learn not to expose your private keys to just about any site that asks for it. Another thing worth mentioning is, never download files without first verifying of those files, apps or documents are official. You could just be downloading spywares and malwares into your device unknowingly. It's better to be safe than sorry..

This is a good advice but there are people that don't prefer the top exchanges. Even how good Binance, Coinbase, and Huobi because these are the top three exchanges as per CMC this time.

As long as the exchange is legitimate and it's not a scam, everyone can get into that exchange. I don't also like trying new exchange but there are plenty of them that are no longer new and proven to be legit.

As we know, the risk in the cryptocurrency is not only because of the hacker. but most people lose their money is because they chose the wrong coin, do the wrong strategy, and also lose of trading.
For the security risks, are you sure going to put your invested coins in exchanges? if it is for a long term investment, I will not prefer to use any exchange to save my coins. I will prefer to use my personal wallet (hardware) because it is more secure than putting my assets in exchanges. it is too risky even we have secured our personal data and details. You know, hackers may not need those details, they are smart and they can hack the exchanges entirely.

Your second safety tip is very bad, the coinmarketcap exchange rating isn't updated yet. Any fake volume exchange can take the top position in coinmarketcap as p2pb2b exchange. Take some exchange from Coingecko.

1. Its ok to share it publicly as long as you're participating on a legit project, and some spreadsheets reveals your email address, just take extra measure to secure it.
2. It is advisable but you can still use many crypto exchanges as long as you want, again just take your part to review first the exchange before joining.
3. Some exchanges already ask you to do this security step, it is so easy to set-up so better to be secured than to say sorry later.
4. This will depend on your transactions, if its legit then so be it but if in doubt, just ignore those who're asking for your information.
5. If you have a good memory please do so, but personally I'll stick with my passwords not until someone tried to open my account.
