it has now been mining for over 6 hours and only has 90 GH. Is this normal that it takes so long for a pool to pick up the speec of the miner?? I have been doing script mining a lot and there it max tok 30 min :/
Hope someone has an answer to my questions.
Thanks

You need to search the forum. There is already a 30+ page thread dedicated entirely to S1 set up and fine tuning!

You should be seeing ~ 180 GH/s (+/- 5%) on any given pool.  When you login to your miner, what is it showing as your current GH/s rate?

Everything is working now how it should. It is showing now the 180GH on the pool, so it just takes time for the pool to catch up with the speed.
Thanks, for the help everyone!!!

Do they really ship that fast? They say 48 hour turn around time, is that true?

Bitmain ships quite fast.  The last S1 I ordered arrived in 4 days, China to US.
