The answer to both of your questions is no. Nonetheless, I am pretty sure that your point is correct and that the three website belong to the same owner. To be fair, that is quite advertised throughout the three website. If you go to the footer in the homepage of each website, you will notice that the casino operator is USoftGaming NV in Curacao, that is the holder of the gambling license. So, the same ownership of the three casinos is widely advertised. It might be that each casino has its own casino manager with different games offered. Otherwise, I cannot grasp the point of having three websites having the very same features.
