Today I tried to withdraw ETH from my account on Bittrex. Account Status - Verified
But they didn’t give out,
"Sorry, your account is not permitted to perform this action."

Did anyone have this?

You have made post on wrong section, please move this thread to Exchange section from lower left. I can't see any reason to prevent you from withdrawal if your account verified with KYC documents. Have you tried to contact with support? They are the one who can help you. But your account should fully verified with KYC documents, just not only with name & address. You may join their official telegram group from the website to get quick answers what would be the possible reason. But be careful, don't share your account credential with anybody even ask from official source.

I encountered the similar problem a year ago when I tried withdrawing just a small amount from my account. Turns out that I was using VPN and that the IP that I usually use does not match what I'm currently using, or is physically impossible for me to move from point A to point B. The server location of the VPN is in Germany while I am in the Philippines, hence the temporary restriction on withdrawals (not sure whether this still applies today though). Ask your friend to contact support for the reason of the said error, or try to ask him whether he has used VPN on accessing bittrex or not.

Did you check your IP address as per @dothebeats suggested? If you are using any VPN or trying to withdraw from a new place with new device but you have whitelisted set of IP address with your previous log-in then probably you will not be allowed to withdraw.

I am just worrying on seeing this topic because I am holding some 0.5 BTC worth of XRP and ETH there. I pray to God there should not be any problem for bittrex like hacks or anything like bankrupted or government intervention due to supporting money laundry or anything like that.

Bittrex used to block my withdrawal of funds in 2017.
My account from verified has become "Unverified". After sending me documents, the account became again "Verified"

Your problem was solved in a few hours, well by support did its job, it is what is expected from customer service. But your information in the image does not provide what was the problem that caused the support ticket.

Usually I recommend waiting for the support response, each support ticket gives you its waiting time in the request queue and in the review of your request. In the cases in which a response is delayed, it basically depends on the above and the personnel they have is that simple, it is not that their problem is serious, as was their case, which, we do not know in what time it was solved, but according to OP and his last post, it was about 6 hours.

On the other hand, I recommend using imgur to upload your photos, it is somewhat uncomfortable to use a portal for this type of request and in general to show any type of image in the forum that refers to a capture, it can be misinterpreted, your actual request from the OP .

when I saw many such complaints in the past on bittrex i stopped using bittrex but i constantly receive emails from bittrex. sometimes I'm even tempted to go back to using bittrex and it didn't take a week for me to see this thread and with the same problem that made me leave bittrex.

All exchanges do have some issues and there always complaints, but the problem for the topic starter has been resolved very quickly, indicating that Bittrex has a good support.
I don't use Bittrex as my "main" exchange but do use them sometimes and so far without any real issues.

All exchanges do have some issues and there always complaints, but the problem for the topic starter has been resolved very quickly, indicating that Bittrex has a good support.

Tbf, bittrex is a lot different from back then to now as it used to be one of the top exchanges and now they have lost a huge chunk of their userbase. It wouldn't be weird if they can process faster this time since support tickets has decreased greatly, hence why I wouldn't suddenly view their support team as "good" until proven that they can handle a similar surge of users. (this is assuming that there is no scammy motive underneath).

and yes all exchanges does have complaints but the extent of it is what sets them apart.

I also experienced this in Bittrex, especially back in 2017-2018 when they started to verify it's users first or will undergo with KYC, and the account will become verified before you can withdraw on their exchange. But your problem is unique since you already verified.

Good to hear and good move from you since you contact their support first, which is the best way first to fix your problem.
