Bitcoin, the most valuable and widely-used cryptocurrency, has catalyzed an explosion of innovation, disrupting a broad spectrum of markets across hundreds of different industries around the world. The king of crypto, however is not without flaws — issues that many alternative cryptocurrencies attempt to address, the most visible of which is Bitcoin Cash.

What is the difference between Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash, though, and why does it matter?

In this post, we’ll break down the fundamental differences between BTC and BCH.

- How Bitcoin Works
- The Double Spend Problem
- The Importance of Blocks
- The Block Size Debate
- The Impact of Block Size Limits
- The Origin of Bitcoin Cash
- Bitcoin & Bitcoin Cash Compared
- Transaction Speed
- Centralization
- Bitcoin vs Bitcoin Cash

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

So Ver paid you to shill for BCH?

Bitcoin Cash is an altcoin that was made by forking Bitcoin. The hashpower of Bitcoin Cash is dying. Today or tomorrow we will see this altcoin will fail like the thousands of altcoins.

There are really no room to talk about Bitcoin Cash with Bitcoin.

A quote from your article states:

Quote
Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin are fundamentally similar, with the only difference consisting of block size.

You pretty much forgot one of the most important parts: that bitcoin(BTC) still has the most adoption, most developers, most network effect in general, more security, and etc. BCH having just higher blocksize(which is mostly a bad thing anyway) is just the tip of the iceberg.

Arguing that this particular shitcoin is better than Bitcoin in this and that aspect is never new. We have heard time and again how Bitcoin is claimed to be inferior in terms of privacy, scalability, fees, and so on against a lot of altcoins.

And yet, after all the cards have been laid down on the table, it is Bitcoin that prevailed. It is Bitcoin that the people have been trusting more than the rest of the altcoins combined.

What is the difference between Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash, though, and why does it matter?

Bitcoin is the original, BCH is a shitcoin whose entire purpose for existence is money-grabbing on the back of the bitcoin name. BCH has zero purpose other than this.
It matters because people might be fooled into thinking that BCH (or any other bitcoin fork) is actually worth buying. Just stick with the original - there is a reason that bitcoin marketcap dwarfs everything else.

No need to compare these two cause we know how it will end just from the fact that bitcoin cash was just a fork of bitcoin and that only means that bitcoin cash is smaller than bitcoin, moreover who wants to talk with bitcoin cash nowadays? It's pricy, YES, but it is heavily manipulated oops.

There are over 100 of bitcoin forks, less than half is still in the market while the other was just a history, bitcoin cash happens to still exist now. It was just hyped in 2017 calling that it was the next 'bitcoin' but after reaching $900, it fell somewhere in $250.

Bitcoin is incomparable.

Bitcoin is incomparable.
Yes. Bitcoin is unique and imcomparable.

Developers of forks try to compare their coins with Bitcoin to make their coins look more valuable. Bitcoin and Bitcoin developers don't have need to compare with other coins.
How Many Bitcoin Forks Are There? You will be surprised!!!

What is the difference between Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash
Bitcoin cash devs tell people that they are bitcoin. While bitcoin enthusiasts will never claim the opposite.  Cheesy
Ironically, the article claims that they're faster than bitcoin's speed while personally I will never transact again using it. 10 minutes is long? well, tell that to bch that could even take longer hours for a transaction to get a confirmation based from my exp.
