Why do people still have disagreements (by gender, race, nationality and any other dividing factors)? Is it bad that we are all different in this? Each person has his own characteristics (appearance, character, interests, etc.), but we are all people, and we are all one! Why do people still argue with each other, why apply aggression to each other?

Because the real world is nowhere near that utopian world idea, that's why. Utopia is something that people may dream of experiencing, but sadly it is an imaginary and indefinitey remote place.

Still? We haven't evolved even if we have build high culture civilizations.
Our animal instincts always collapses with ideologies that are giving too much credit for human nature. All we can do is try to work harder on our impulse control and hope that our frontal cortex evolves. (not in our lifetime but still).

In theory, we can. For a brief moment perhaps, it's totally possible. But in reality, after that brief moment of harmony, just like when a song ends, everything goes back to whatever it is before that momentary break from real life.

This happens when people "stray away" too much and are cut off from the present of The Source Of the Good Things you describe above(love and sanity). The more you stray away, the more you keep drifting into the "deep", the more choas,, the more you get closer to hell, the more power satan has over you and others. If you are far from GOD's presence, you will be vulnerable to sin, HIS curses, the power of satan and other bad things. 

When you repent and start believing in JESUS, you will be grafted into HIS Tree which is full of GOD's blessings, Power, kindness, peace, love, joy, grace, protection, etc.
People who aren't believing in JESUS (whom GOD sent to save the world from the power of satan/sin) are under the power of satan. Satan is just using such people to decieve and fully control the world.

Because we're not living in the same area. Each country and place has a unique culture.

Just accept the fact that the people of the world will always have arguments to talk to and debates to defend each others beliefs.

We are taught from our young ages - even from the school - that we need to be differentiated.
They separate us by gender, age, etc. so this creates hate as we want to show that we are superior over other teams.
This is the reason why the world cannot be harmonious.

I think given the situation that we are in right now in 2020, with all the ongoing issues, we can't help ourselves to stress out. But what we need is just a total peace of mind and hopefully everything's gonna go back to normal soon!

Because there is a lot of stereotypes about people, who live in a specific territory, who are in a specific age or who do a specific job.
Stereotypes differ from real facts, but no one actually cares about it. Also, we tend to focus on "bad" cliches and compare others with us

Harmony isn't logical. We're always gonna have people with different ideolgies. War is always gonna happen.

Because there is limited tolerance level among all of us. We are never accepted other point of view and think that all the other have no sense and wrong and only we are correct and right. Power is a only factor that is accepted at any condition. And those who have no power, they have no impact no logic near to us
