First I have to confess I just read the OP and first page of answers before replaying here. That is not how I usually do things but since this is a question posed by casino I guess they only need our individual answer/thoughts on the matter so it should be ok.

Rest is important especially if we are in losing streak, try to have awareness to yourself and you will find out that you feel hope and greed whenever you have losing streak. I do have losing streak and I regretted my past decision because my losing streak give me more huge losses when I forced it because I think that I can easily regain it but I'm wrong. Psychology in gambling is a matter and we should give care on it especially if we want to protect our capital and preserve our gains.

I don't think there is a gambling website that gives $100 worth of bitcoin when you sign up, even if they require KYC.
But that can happen if you deposit in some minimal amount so that you can get a double amount in your account because if I am not mistaken, I see some gambling website give that such offers to people.
