Is the website still under maintenance or this is the look that they have decided to offer? I mean to me it looks pretty bland. No images just a grayish black colour. I think it's because it's the beta version and they are testing their trading algo whether it is robust enough or not?  otherwise they need a good UX Designer  to give the interface a whole new look.

They need to change their transaction and payment style of they want to stay in the market because they are working only in working hours and you can't make a transaction on sunday so people won't get attracted here anymore because we got other platforms to trade bitcoin in few minutes.

This exchange does not have volumes in it . Hardly can see 5-6 trades in a day and not even totalling 0.5 worth btc in those number of trades. So seems oldest exchange either not doing that well or some issue may exist that people are not preferring this exchange any more.

^ what do you expect, only Bitcoin offered, no liquidity, no instant deposit/withdrawals, started in 2014 still in beta, minimum btc to trade 0.05 BTC, min deposit 10k, minimum BTC to withdraw 0.05 btc, 1% trading fees.

Oldest exchange (i'd believe in op, haven't checked myself), yet no progress.

This could be some of the big factors I believe due to which people do not want to trade on this exchange or certainly due to no liquidity people may be refraining from this exchange. Also, not sure how is the customer service from this exchange. They should reduce the trading fees so that it can attract more customers and with higher the volume of trades they will still earn better than now as hardly people trade on it.

Why no one is using because this exchange was involved in SCAM and they have looted lot of users crypto as they suddenly stopped the site and what ever the users fund was their it got stuck.

Now they are back so who ever knows abt this site wont work on it.
