How about telling us more about your proofs aside from telling us the user profile? Chat logs, transaction history, screenshots and archives included.

Stop generalizing mate, Boombl4 is just a Jr member. (that's a low rank that is so easy to achieve with just 1 merit, not high a rank as you say).

Scam is not moderated, so don't expect forum moderators to get involved. If you are serious about your scam accusation. Present all the necessary details and proof otherwise not even DT members will help you in this case.

It is true, i own the guy 4$.
The story is that before i went to travel he gaved me the netflix access, and sadly i had no time to use it.
Still that doesn't make me not guilty, but the user will be paid tomorrow.

Edit: I were trying to find solution between us because i never used what he sold me and i just paying for nothing, but i guess he can't be sure for that and he is here as everyone to earn few bucks.
Next time i will be more carful what i am buying and will i be able to use it.

It's good that everything will be sorted out tomorrow.

When you go to a supermarket and pick up something to take home (whether you plan to use it or not) you have to pay for it bro. That's how trade works. OP probably got worried that he wasn't going to receive anything for what he sold to you and being something digital he surely can't know if you used it or not.
$4 is definitely not that much of a loss for your reputation here

It makes things easy for us here to solve this issue now that he admit it,  the product is working the problem is in your end, I have not seen a bad excuse like, this is a reference for those who will buy and will have no time to use it, whether you use or not the fact remains it's a working product.

So OP is right and its all your fault why buy netflix account and not paying because you dont want to use it? Its business afterall even very small amount with value is important we have no idea how OP really need it next time dont buy if you dont want to pay.

You don't need to bump this topic again and again. Just update your topic with all related evidences that you got in your hand. Please follow the proper scam report format which you will.find om the pin post area of this section. Hope you will provide enough evidences which will help forum DT members to take their action.

Since Boombl4 already said that he/she will pay you tomorrow (today now) then just skip all things and wait for him/her. If the user does not pay you today, then come here and say about it. Then DT members take action against the user. Also if you paid it also should be know posted here and accusation should be closed too.
