ETH mining fee on ethermine paid out to miners who helped mine the block

Remember the ethereum fee that someone paid a huge amount of eth for? Approximately $2.6mln for a considerable small amount sent.
Well it was mined by ethermine and they would distribute those fees collected to the miners who mined that block on June 11th.

Some people who I talked to who were on the pool usually got 0.05eth as the default payment instead received 0.1eth this day.
