Are you sure if it is developed from zero? If you develop it yourself, how can there was early site use exactly the same script/software?
No offenses, but I do believe being honest is better. Most people do not care whether you bought a casino's software/script or developed yourself as long as you can give great experience to your players.
One more important thing, you are still in beta but you accepts investment already?
How if someone invest on your site then he lose the invested money due to a bug that may steal your bankroll?

2. We do receives investments and actually we have some investors already.
3. All investments funds are at cold wallets.

Iam just join this site today and i deposit when i try to withdraw  i can't even open the site as said the page is not available and i don't get anything ...its super scam

Good, it is not me who notice that this jackbet is quite identical to amphoras.net. My guess is that the owner of amphoras.net sold his site and the owner of 55bet.io (TheSocialLikes) bought it sometime ago. Just checked the profile of amphoras.net, and he was indeed trying to sell amphoras net on several threads as follow:
