I made the mistake of purchasing a wells fargo visa gift card a while back, not realizing it requires a US address for registration. When the site said the card could only be used in the US, I assumed it meant the merchant side, not the customer, and as I intended to buy from US businesses I thought it would be suitable.
This isn't a physical card - it's the card number,expiry + security code. I've already activated the card by phoning wells fargo - then discovered the address issue at registration page. Perhaps I could just register it with any old US street address - but it seems like asking for trouble as I'm guessing certain sites like google checkout would know if my name doesn't match the address.
Looking to trade the card for BTC - at about whatever $20 comes out at on latest mtgox. eg if 2.30 - then 8.7 BTC
