This is really amazing, writing of poems is just a talent I have. I think I inherited it from my grandpa, never knew so many would get excited over the poem, let me assure you, every rank up deserve a good poem from me.
Your poem is interesting to read (you know reading a poem is different from a text) and i also like the rhyming pattern you employed on the last word of every verse, it's not easy to write poems or even to understand them; I know that because I've taken a course on poetry in the university and it's always difficult to decipher what the poet or the poet persona is trying to say. Good thing your own poem is not difficult for us to understand, congratulations.
Used that talent in creating funny and enjoyable poems. Some here would probably enjoyed it. Just wait in time, to rank up.
It's always good to write poems, but imo I'd advice op to write poems prolly only on special occasions (rank up, halving or any other crypto events). If OP decides to make most of his posts poems, users will definitely get bored of it and the threads could then even start getting moved to off-topic board by mods.

Exactly as you said, there are professional poet that writes a non understandable poem, very complicated, I didn't study English although, I'm an under graduate engineer that loves Poem that's why there is no professionalism in the written poem.

My respect for you as you have given me a good encouragement, and besides, never worry for the merit as I stated on post that my intention is not earn merit, the poem is basically for newbies to learn from my long bitcointalk journey.

Congratulations to you, Lordhermes! Smiley
This is a very creative way of expressing your gratitude towards the result of your hard work, and it's not silly at all.
I would have written a long story, long complicated content, somehow would be tiring to read, so I thought of a short way to express the deep excellency of my bitcointalk journey.
Now I know my poem wasn't silly at all, bless up Buddy.

I want to to give congratulation claps, congratulations buddy, you have created a good poem, I wish I could create a good poem someday. I feel you when I was a beginner when I was a shitposter before, I am not that so good before because I am not that so familiar about cryptocurrency, I am just going to agree on what other says to stop argument, well I think most of us experienced being a shit poster before because we're not that so familiar and have lack of knowledge which results for being a shit poster. The good thing here is that we changed.
Very nice poem,  thank you 😀
You are right,  we are here community,  group of people with similar goals and ideal.
If we focus on others,  how to help and support them, and not just on ourselves,  we can accomplish much more.
I'm happy you realized it.
Indeed, we are here with the same intention, so we should help each other to gain knowledge and information about cryptocurrency, let us all share the useful and helpful things to everyone.

PS: While you recieve the merits, don't hoard them as there's no benefits in doing so instead reward deserving post as you come across them on the forum.
Lol, this is just like an African dad advising his son on what to do when he grows older, everything here is study, have been here and I'm seeing how merit system flows. Keeping it have no benefit which would actually signify stinginess. No, I won't hoard them but will give to quality posters.

I have learn so much in this guy in creating a poem. He is very good at it and I am glad for him to share for his talent in doing poem. I never expect that I could also make my own inspired by his post. This guy had already made few poems posted in this section and I am always wanting to read it every time it pop up like this one. The poem was created with sense of promoting awareness against scam activities that is happening in the forum. Hopefully newbie will be aware to it and should be always cautious at all time.

This is very good poem and expressing it in this form is not easy. Not all of us here can write poem and that to where words must match and also make the meaning which you want to convey. So quite an impressive way in which you write and hope you journey on this forum continues and keep achieving new milestones in coming time.

A story of a newbie

I registered on this site in February 2016. The rank up will then be through activities so that you can easily change your rank. I did too. But after a while I stopped coming online. I came back in June or July 2020. I logged in to the forum, some of my posts and messages were deleted and I saw the newbie location. And then I realized that now the position is formed based on my qualifications.

Congratulatory poem to myself

Writing this piece for self congratulations.
I and Mr. Smith doing some jubilations.
Like receiving palliatives to all Nations.
That in future i may build mansions.
Gradually in the land of Washington.

Registered on Bitcointalk forum in February 2018.
Written some stupid posts throughout 2018.
Felt disappointed and frustrated till 2019.
Deleted some shit posts in December 2019.
Received first merit from @Vision2020s.

Ressurected now to write quality posts.
Like i took brainstorming medicinal dose.
Lordhermes posts seeming to be proposed.
Just like celebrities are now endorsed.
Not knowing member rank is awaiting OP.

Now It's time to avoid ambulance (block).
Fingers typing on device to give thanks.
With due respect to all forum ranks.
For a grateful member rank acceptance.
Stay safe by practicing social distance.
                                               ~Lordhermes

Thanks for reading the silly poem from me, it was written for my newly member rank here, after a very long journey to this point. Just like African proverb says "if you want to go fast,go alone. If you want to go far, go together". Couldn't do it myself but with members here,  I landed here via my role models, my mentors, @LoyceV, @Jackg, @CryptopreneurBrainboss,  @DdmrDdmr, those I looked up to in the forum and many others. I kept following them, studying their posts, and I'm kinda good today. I have been patient just like Patience whose patient dog eats the fattest bone. The only way to go forward is to be patient and hardworking.

I have always looked up to those wearing avatar and signatures, today I'm participating in campaign, I would have pasted my threads here just as others did but I feel my threads aren't good enough. I'm trying the best I could to help the community. Love you all.
Congratulations to myself 🎊

N/B: I didn't write this poem to earn merit, but to inspire newbies to learn from my bticointalk journey.

alll right how long time it was taking until you making good income ? and its your full income? if so then here should be some very doeble instructions how to follow to you,im right?

Nice masterpiece mate, I also want to congratulate you on reaching a full member rank even though it is already too late.

"if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together".
I admire this quotation, this is true and it always happens to me in my real life, if you want to achieve something urgently then you should work alone, some people around you won't help you with that, they may become disturbance so worm alone, it will make you have peace of mind and work with all your skills and knowledge but if you want to achieve more then you should work with other people, ask for some help from your family and friends, a simple motivation will help a lot. Things may get better if you have someone to help you, they may also give more ideas than what you think, this also is applicable if you want to go fast, which is two heads are better than one. Those people that may help you are the members of this forum, there are many active members here who are creating and sharing their useful knowledge that can help each of us to achieve something. The more knowledge we have then the more things we can go.

We may also add some efforts and time to doing something, it will help us to achieve the things we want. There is a common quotation that we usually heard "Patience is the key", there are always the right time for each and everyone but we can make it earlier once you are a hardworking person.
