Robeisy Ramirez vs Adan Gonzales
Date: July 2, 2020
Venue: Las vegas

Here is one fight which i think worth watching for if you are a bettor. Robeisy Ramirez will be aiming for a revenge against the guy who ruined his pro debut, Adan Gonzales. This is a must win for Ramirez if he want to fight Stevenson in the future which i think a money fight for both. Odds not available yet on my bookies but i think they will put this one in the coming days, wonder who would be the betting favorite on this fight. Same as usual, i'll go with the underdog here whoever it will be.

I still remember the headlines it created when a two time gold medalist boxer planning to make his professional debut and then loosing the fight to an unknown fighter which was considered the biggest upset last year and the odds were really high for the fight and to have that kind of upset was really shocking considering his pedigree and hopefully he will avenge his loss in the rematch.

^ This revenge fight is very exciting and who will gonna win and laugh at the end and underdog is a good choice to bet. Trying to ask OP if what bookies he recently used, I just wanted to place my bet with this match and probably my choice will gonna win.
Nevertheless, if Ramirez continues his bad habit while in the boxing ring just like waiting for his opponents to stop throwing before he throws. This probably the reason why he will lose this match. Not like Gonzales is very defensive in every round had and did not stop throwing punches to his opponent until it will knockdown.

Robeisy Ramirez vs Adan Gonzales will be a tough fight because of what happen in their first fight. If this memories(the first fight) still very much remains with Robeisy Ramirez, then the game will be to his favor, but personally I won't place my bet for him because I can't see his improvement to fight back Adam Gonzales to claim his sport on the boxing ring for once. I hope he had enough training before the management accepted this offer, hope to see him fight differently from who he was.

The second fight will be interesting, Ramirez out of his 400 amateur bouts is very hesitant to use his jabs in their first encounter, he is still very amateur no way he can beat the current champion Shakur Stevenson with the kind of style that he has Stevenson is a very polished fighter compared to him, he needs a good trainer he is not yet ripe to fight in a championship fight.

With that intro and intent to revenge. It's the only loss record that Ramirez have. I think Gonzales has the confidence for this match but it seems that Ramirez is more consistent than him.

I can't see his improvement to fight back Adam Gonzales to claim his sport on the boxing ring for once.
How long you have been following Gonzales? I'm lack of his background so if this is for real, Ramirez will be the crowd favorite.

I saw the first fight and Ramirez is very awkward and very amateur in his stance I don't understand why split decision when Gonzales has the upper hand in the fight if Ramirez wants to be a contender in Stevenson's belt he has to prove it by knocking out Gonzales or even floor him to get even and win via unanimous decision

I've checked the video because I don't know anything about these two fighters and the title story seems interesting, it seems in their first fight Ramirez underestimated Gonzales that first round knock down is very surprising, although is not hurt it's still a big blow, I still bet on Gonzales because he is not intimidated on Ramirez amateur achievement.
Not sure about the circumstances but in a rematch Robeisy Ramirez wanted to avenge his loss and so is the reason he is willing to fight Adan Gonzales once again and if you are going to bet on Adan Gonzales then it will be a hard luck the second time as Robeisy Ramirez is a really experienced boxer with two Olympic gold medal is not a small feat and he has won the rest of his professional fights and i doubt Ramirez will make the same mistake twice.

but do you think both camps get the training that they need before this match? sometimes it is all about preparation even if we say someone wants a revenge but he lacks the necessary training. interesting how these boxers can keep up amidst this pandemic. the match is too soon i guess.

If only one of them is Filipino, then I might watch and bet on this fight even if I'm not familiar with them.
Honestly, I don't know these boxers, so I guess I have to skip betting on this fight, I'm looking for a casimero fight and other Filipino boxers if there is.

I also don't know about these two boxers but what makes things interesting here is Ramirez is a two time Olympic gold medalist and he had to undergo a lot of hardship just to get in the States, so with his skills and hardship that he went through you expect him to show something classy inside the ring, but unfortunately it did not happen, Gonzales spoils the would be party.

I guess Ramirez did not grasp the transition from amateur to professional he lacks so many things like jab,  set up punch I can hardly believe that he is a two-time Olympic gold medal I don't know if he has the power he can punch but Gonzales is not afraid on what he can give, another loss and that will be a big blow to his career.

There's really a lot of great amateur boxers that can't keep up in the professional, and this could be one of it if he losses again, he is still a long way to go.

This is what makes this fight interesting, there's a lot of hype on Ramirez as he was a two-time gold medalist in the Olympic and he was the one who beat Stevenson who is a champion on the featherweight right now. I think Gonzales' courage and not respecting Ramirez give the later a hard time in dealing with him and also i'd like to know who will the bookies favor to win this fight as this will be anybody's ballgame for me  Smiley.

There are fights few hours from now in case anybody of you here are interested in betting. Not bad odds, as far as i'm concern.

Wow, that would be nice, I will still bet on our kabayan though I don't like the the headline  which says he will shock his opponent, it doesn't look humble, I like a Manny's style as he is very humble.

I'll check on bernaldez and maybe I can see some of his highlights in youtube.

I find you very particular about Filipino Boxer mate and i love the way you post mostly when Pinoy boxer will be fighting even in Undercard so Yeah there is a Pinoy Boxer playing in this Bout.

But regarding the match?i think it is still the former winner of their first Fight will win because of His dedication .

Robeisy Ramirez vs Adan Gonzales will be a tough fight because of what happen in their first fight. Same thought here mate, because if he is deserving to win then He will do everything to Get the Fight this time.

Though odds are not available yet but we get an idea about the possible odds online.

I found this article, and I think the website owner is a filipino as I also see this name in youtube. "powcastsports to be exact"
here's the article.

https://powcastsports.com/pinoy-mark-bernaldez-to-fight-in-vegas-against-unbeaten-american-champ-albert-bell/

and accordingly, bernaldez chance of winning is only 6%.. how can we translate that to betting odds?

Quote
How Sharp and Ready is the Pinoy Machete?
With 14 knockouts in his resume, we know that Bernaldez has the power and the skills to win this fight but he needs to sum it all up as he is way behind on the odds. Boxrec.com is giving him just a 6% chance to win the fight against Bell, but all these odds are just numbers, and one thing that can’t be measured and could spell the difference between winning and losing is the will to win against all odds.

Boxing analysts are just there to analyse the past fights and styles of the boxers and give their predictions but it doesn't mean that they are correct all the time. If bookies will refer to their analysis then Bernaldez would be a heavy underdog here and that will be good to me as i always love to bet on the underdogs. Small bets could give us high return and remember Pinoy boxers are on a roll right now with Plania and Yanong scoring upset victories.

I hope they would put odds on this fight even if this is not the main event.

Such a bad entry in the professional boxing world by Ramirez, he is still showing those amateurish, stand if you are fighting in a four round fight you must get familiar with your opponent style right away in the first 20 seconds unfortunately he did not, he takes the fight lightly by constant teasing to Gonzales you don't do that in professional boxing with four rounds only.

I think he did now still managed to rank up His career from Olympic Fighter to Professional Boxer, because the way He maintain His style looks like he wanted to fight still wearing Safety Gears ..

anyway what attracts me in this fight is the Filipino under card boxer,But i won't put any amount for this whole fight because i am accumulating my Budget for the next Manny Paquiao fight soon.
