To clarify on the price as it may seem like too much ($15 as opposed to maybe $5 or less for the regular fans) these fans are worth the price, they push more air and they don't make that whining/high-pitched sound that the low quality fans make, the only downside about paying $30 for fans that will be installed on an old S9 is that they might never ROI, the good thing about these fans however, is the fact that you can use them on all other Antminers.

I have already purchased the fans i needed but i could use another 4 at the moment.

The only thing is the shipping times and i can't find any decent ones from Europe.

I can wait for a few days tops. Two plus months to ship some fans from China is way to much time for my needs.

They are in USA. They are used at least two years, but tested and function. I don't have the specs just yet, but they can also come with the S9 fan grills as well.

Minimum order quantity on the fans would be 60 units. Price $8 USD each.

The stock S9 fans are around 6000rpms (or lower). I'm thinking of getting the ones with 7000 rpms or above.
The main issue for me is the shipping time. I usually start a project and need mining parts straight away that that's why shipping time is critical.
