If most of the managers would think like him then we can save the reputation of altcoins, though scams cannot be prevented but at least the scams in the market will be minimize as most of the scams are from crowd funding and bounty hunters are a big contributor of its success.

previously I had never joined a managed project but if he said like that and saw the success of Cartesi I believe if it was BM that had good standards in determining the project for him to manage, I would wait and would join the bounty he managed in the future, and hope it will be like cartesi

I can attest to Bubbalex as legit bounty manager. I have joined one of his bounty campaigns and really got the rewards for the tasks I did. Aside from his being choosy of the project to manage, he also sees to it that bounty participants are legit. He is one of the bounty manager whom I closely follow.

That's right, he always prioritizes bounty hunters and chooses only the best projects. I like the way he works and he always limits the participants to ensuring the rights of the bounty hunter

Not only Bubbalex but i believe there are also reputable managers i know that don't look up on the money offered but the outcome of the project if it will end up successfully and would give the fair share of the bounty hunters. Bubbalex is  just a good example that will not be lured by material things but sees his reputation first before deciding to manage a project.

Some bounty managers takes everything that comes along because they want to add as many projects to their portfolio, they thought by accepting many campaigns  to manage they can established themselves as an in demand bounty manager, they even had a disclaimer that the blame is on the bounty hunters if the campaign prove to be a scam one.

I don't think that bounty manager takes all the projects because they want to add more projects in their portfolio. The main reason is greediness. The bounty managers are the ones who usually get advance payments before and they take any project which comes without thinking of the authenticity of the projects. Later when the projects scams, the career of those bounty hunters also ends because no one further trust them. That's the reason we have only few bounty managers are trusted and  reputable because they never compromise of quality and not focus on quantity.

I know same thinking with some professional bounty manager already leave long term. Because they can't collect good bounty even it’s a good infection. In fact, a good manager does not want to manage the scam project. But in some cases this issue is out of reach so it takes more time to identify.

This is so impressive, this is a true definition of professional bounty manager, he is the one turning down offers which could really earn him some money but he care less, that's good man, all he wants is good stories about him, reputation, not every man thinks this day.

Most of the bounty managers fly in air and i do not know why they carry so much arrogance and pride may be because they have charged the campaign in weekly payments that too in eth or btc and they think that is huge success for them and they take hunters as granted and be rude with them after the campaign is over but time is changing and hunters are becoming acquainted with such managers and we will see such managers will not be able to get participants in their new campaigns, i think hunters should also form a core group and boycott such managers.

Bounty Management is not about money, it's about reputation. If Bounty Detectives manages every bounties that comes their way, I'm sure they won't be here anymore. Do you think big managers like yahoo62278, Hhampuz doesn't get a lot of proposals from project? They always do proper research and accept anyone that's up to their standard.

Yes, I do agree with you, mangers with good reputation always gets approaches by many good as well as bad ico's but at the end what makes them special is they do a lot of research before accepting the approach and after that, they have chosen the better one or a legit one. That's the way they always maintain their reputations as good bounty managers and hunters need the mangers like this to a better future.

Well said because the bounty managers handled genuine project so far but their bounty rewards are small and you cant say a project is good during its first year in the market for a project that's well managed for at least 3 years are good to be called good project.

Bubablex is really an amazing manager, arguably one of the best out there.  He has always been known for hosting bounties for only good and quality project having a Go-To use case. Only few managers are game changer but bubablex and bounty detectives counts among the few numbers due to their top notch management services

Take a look at BMs who are holding btc campaigns and you know you will never get disappointed joining them. But yes, for bounties in alts, very hard to find a worthwhile project with good manager. Almost all of them are accepting the projects without doing any research. Very rare that a project will hit in the market and pay their hunters with decent amount of money.
