Looking for an explorer/website that lists UTXOs of Bitcoin addresses

Back in the day, blockchain.info's ^{[before moving to .com]} explorer had that function but it no longer lists UTXOs as it used to and it keeps on giving inaccurate results & errors...

- Keeps on giving "No free outputs to spend" message.

- It doesn't support "BECH32 (P2WPKH)" format.
- It shows its results with a string of words/letters ^{[not like how it used to show (image source)]}.


Take note: I'm not looking for a wallet with such function.
