Stamps need to be opened in order to be scanned

Stamps become used only AFTER their backside has been scracthed off to reveal the code

Every branch of the Austrian Post has sold out, and the online sales will NOT be sent out for customers who ordered on or after the 25.6.2020. !!!

Could you please elaborate on why you are saying that customers that placed (confirmed) orders from the online shop at 25.6.2020, will not receive their orders?

Further, why you are willing to sell those, bellow market price (for large orders)?

there are still stamps available for sale at the official online shop (except doge). Why are you saying that those are sold out?

Hi, yes. Several people who I know, and who ordered on the 24.6.2020 and 25.6.2020. , have received an email stating that unfortunately the order will not be shipped, and that it was written on the order in small letters that the goods will be delivered IF they are in stock. I personally had an issue with my online order that I paid for, for the 1st generation of Crypto Stamps.
Post offices in Austria are confirmed sold out.
I am a collector myself and have a nice personal collection. What I dont need or have too much of, I sell or trade.
Well if someone wants to buy all of my left over stamps, I can lower the price a bit

How was it possible to place an order on the 24.6.2020, when the official main sale started at the 25.6.2020? (8am physical stores & online shop - 1pm onchain store)

As said, both online & onchain official store is still selling stamps.

Sorry, not on the 24.5.2020. but before the 24.5.2020.
It was possible to place orders before the 25.6.2020. , the official presale started on the 20.5.2020. , so around 1 month earlier.
I got some stamps in the presale period.

I got my tracking number today from my online order a few weeks ago...

I got an email that the ones I ordered a few weeks ago shipped on 6/25/2020. I also ordered more on 6/25/2020 and got email confirmation on order - just checked the site and only the Doge one is unavailable right now.
