So i recently got in to this whole healthy eating thing. I like it. I want to start a business that's dedicated to it. I need a retail site and somebody who can put it together for me. I like flash cause it has a nice flow without the clunky wait and load of HTML. If you can help me out post or PM me.

EDIT: I didn't even see the flash part of the question. Do not use flash, ever, for any reason whatsoever. Games, videos, anything, there is always a better alternative than flash. But for a website itself, you have to use HTML. It would be a crime against humanity to use flash.

All web sites are written in html css and java script, it's the standard, Flash is just a browser plugin which will probably not be supported for much longer considering HTML5 can already replace it.

HTML5 is what you want.
