Ethereum transactions not going through

I tried sending a small amount of tokens yesterday to see if the transaction goes through but it has been 22 hours and the transaction is stuck. Gas price is 15 gwei and gas limit is 300000. What's the min gas price for getting a confirmation? I have seen transactions with lesser values getting confirmed. My txs always got confirmed earlier but now it is stuck.

I think because of the high trading volume through ETH is the reason why your transaction gets stuck. I suggest you to wait a little bit more to see whether the transactions go through or not. Otherwise, you should contact the customer service or their help address to point out the issue. I hope everything will be okay!

I guess that. It's never been so long for my ETH transactions. Max 5-6 hours but this time almost a day has passed and it's still stuck. Earlier I used to use 4 gwei and had no problem. Now for $1 worth tokens, I used $0.7 worth ETH and it's still stuck. Glad this was a trial tx before sending a big amount as the huge tx would be stuck then.

Though it's been couple of days I did transactions on ethereum block chain, but part of the major challenges was high transactions fees. And it wasn't that ETH price really increased like that which coukd have been part of justifications for the hike in gas price.  This is coupled with the slow transactions, I think the blockchain is facing some hitch and I hope it is resolved quickly.

Well lucky you! I think as the same thing also. The market is recovering after the global pandemic and the ETH event is about to come that make a lot of people choose to buy ETH right now. That's why transactions related to ETH take so long to go through. However, I hope it will be normal fastly. By that way, we can normally do our transactions!

Recently happened to me also while sendign some of the token to exchange it took more than 24 hours i was keep on checking etherscan for the transaction status it was showing transaction pending status after some time may be day and half it got confirmed . I am not sure after that i have done transaction it was doen in couple of minutes . Most of the time i give moderate/medium gas fees in metamask

Ethereum blockchain had been the fastest transfer ever but this keeps repeating itself. Yesterday, this same stuck happen to me exactly at 18:00 tried to withdraw $50 ETH, till now the transaction is still pending.

I may feel the etherum teams is undergoing some maintenance but there is no exact news on that as ethereum team showcases every actions to be taken on their platforms and technology to users.

Im sending USDT a few hours ago but i just try to use auto fees that being adjusted by my wallet and i can get a confirmation in less than a minute. Im always using 40 - 50 gas price to send an ethereum tx.

Manual gas price transactions always take too long( only for low gas prices). I set gas prices manually low to deposit token on decentralized exchange but this transaction took a huge long time. If your transaction takes so many days, then you should try again. We're using blockchain technology for low cost but now every tokens transaction costs us almost 0.45 cents.

Yeah, the gas price has increased from 4-5 gwei to 40. It's already been 1 day now so have to wait till it goes through or fails and then send a new transaction.

That also happened to me in recent days, my transaction was stuck up to 12 hours, because I did not check and follow the proposed safe gas price, But it changes now because I already follow the safe gas limit that was supplied with my wallet. I'm using 3 different wallets at a time but I like the *Imtoken wallet's 3 different sending options namely:  Fast, General, Slow after you send a transaction, and still not yet confirmed you can *accelerate it to confirm faster.

I have always used metamask to send my ethereum transactions and always use normal instead of fast or slow and they always happen in at the very latest 30 minutes so I love it and never had a problem. I even had couple transactions in the past 3 days as well, both on Wednesday and Thursday (and today too) and none of them had any troubles.

I am part of a game that is based on dapp so we use a ton of ethereum to play, well we do not have to but it makes things faster and that is why I have to send money almost every day (around 12 cents, not a big deal) to continue to grow faster in the game. If I do not have trouble that doesn't mean there is no trouble, but check what eth transaction fees are and pay a bit higher than that if you want to make sure there is nothing wrong with your transaction.

For some reason, gas priced has increased dramatically to the point that it becomes a bother to an average cryptocurrency user. This past few days, I had to send Ethereum to other wallets with a gas price of $0.5 which is huge compared to other coins. I think it's been like this for a month now and it hasn't subsided yet. I think this is probably due to DeFi getting hype and having a lot of users.

Probably, just like what happened in bull run 2017-2018 when the Ethereum network was clogged, a lot of pending transactions unconfirmed.
A lot of people telling it is because the crypto kitties, it is a game under Ethereum network and for sure that time there was a lot of ICO which using ERC20 under Ethereum, that's the last time I saw Ethereum network was really clogged but that time the price of Ethereum was also too high.

You must check ethgasstation before releasing the tx. Sometimes, it becomes a huge pain. However you can still release the stuck tx with higher fees by manually or with the help of ethereal. I can logging with your problem because never seeing how gwei transaction before sending your coin have ethereum platform, I check ethgasstation.info to know how much gass setting up because right now we need setting above 40 gwei and lower 15 gwei you need more than one day tour transaction is success.

I also feel the same as you. now annoyed using Ethereum because gwei gas likes to change alternately, or up and down quickly. if it is not suitable there will be an old pending, and if it is replaced with a new transaction, it must wait for the initial transaction to be completed, then the transaction that was replaced was processed by the Ethereum blockchain. it is unfortunate that the longer the eth for shipping, especially sending erc20 tokens that require more gwei and gas than send eth itself. I hope there will be improvements to ethereum 2.0

there was a pump and dump recently and people were panic selling which made the ethereum network severely congested and it has increased the fees by a lot that is why people are complaining about their stuck transactions for days (you are not alone). unfortunately there is no alternative easy way defined in ethereum network for users to mitigate the situation either. all you can do is wait and hope to get lucky and for your transaction to go through some day.

Did you send to smart contract or normal address? If you sending to or from smart contract espcecially for ERC-20 i think it's will take more longer even you use same gas like a normal transaction, Anyway few days before safe low was 30 gwei and it's still around 10 minutes to be confirmed, Check more here https://ethgasstation.info/
