One of our suscribers posted an report about scoin.com
https://cryptoscamalert.com/crypto_scam_report/337
Two days later we were contacted by scoin asking to the report to be removed:

"We found a message on your site that defamed our company and allegations of theft of documents. This is a very serious statement and we would like to understand this issue peacefully without legal procedures.
We expect objectivity from you and, if necessary, an independent investigation, otherwise your site illegally and unreasonably spoils the reputation of our company. The person who left the review did not introduce himself in any way and did not confirm that he really is a Scoine user. This is similar to black marketing which you, in turn, support for reasons we do not understand. We demand the removal of this biased registered post, while an independent commission is created and an independent legitimate investigation is conducted by a British company.
We hope for your prudence and understanding."

Does anyone has any information on scoin scamming people?
And what do you think about the idea of "independent legitimate investigation conducted by a British company?"
Do you know such companies in Britain?
As usual we receive just blutant threats asking to remove scam reports but this one is quite diferent. Really appreciate your opinion.
Thank you in advance!

I read through your accusation and it seems legit. I personally would never take down the review because it's got some solid points in there. They are dishonest, liars and unprofessional which pretty much points them to being scammers. Make sure you archived their website and documents for future reference in case they try to change some things

Sometimes scammers do try to scare off the accusers, we have seen that many times even in this forum.

everything written on this page is based only on your assumption, for the most part, I agree with you but I'm afraid that's not enough. You did not document anything, there is no evidence only your opinion. If you praised them, they would not complain but the accusations bother.
As @logfiles says, you need to post all evidence, screenshots, archive pages, everything. Now if you withdrawn them from your website, you will give them a small victory which they can only abuse as evidence to build a fake reputation.
Also, my advice to you is to find someone who knows the laws (I guess you can ask here, someone will give you guidelines) and you try to be in line with the norms. Your first sentence "Im not really a victim yet, but I found out that this MUST be a fraudulous site." there are many omissions.
you can probably reformulate it differently, maybe add possible scam score, where you will say "high risk of scam" rather than "MUST be a fraudulous site"
however, try to protect yourself, works within the legal framework it's what you are fighting for

I'm the one who posted the alert on https://cryptoscamalert.com/crypto_scam_report/337

It's definitely not andrei8787.

I'm 100% sure this is a scam. I would bet the life of my parents on it.

Look at their site: scoine.com
and compare it with this: https://techcrunch.com/2019/05/17/goxtrade-scam-exchange/
Especially read this article...
 Cheesy

It's a template scam site - including a manual - that can be bought here: topbiz.site
if you can't read Russian, open it in Chrome and translate it.

there are dozens of sites who look and work exact like this.

Anyone willing to try to debunk this?

Oh, okay. how not to believe in dr.Octagon user words.
OMG. what are you writing? You are offered the lives of your parents?

Same website template proves nothing except that they haven't money to hire web designer, or they are so lazy to pay attention to details. it is certainly proof that they are unprofessional.
But if you check more carefully you can find some fake things there. For example his office address. On the website is 15 Burgess Road, Basingstoke, RG21 5NP, United Kingdom and a picture of his building looks very impressive

But if you check his address in Google map search you will find a different result. Something is wrong here.  Wink

I find all his info from the website here official: https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11259228/officers

So there is still no 100% scam evidence. Yes, they do not act confidentially with " Incorporation Statement of capital on 2018-03-16 GBP 100" but it is not outside the law.

There is a group of websites with the templates and contents that was very famous late last yeah. I have encountered over a dozen of them but most are offline now and their design exactly looks like scoine's
Like these websites I have just found.

2. https://coinegg.uk

This really is a scam. Like I stated before: I'm so sure about it that I would want to bet the life of my both parents on it Wink

Examplens: check the fake document which is on their site: https://my-files.su/Save/q06og8/Share%20Coin%20LTD%20Incorporation%20Dpcuments.pdf
and check the url on the second page: you can see clearly that its not the original text, because the text of the url and the date is very sharp, and the rest is bitmapped.

I've been mailed by three graphic designers, asking me to give them more info, and telling me how they worked...
They were all victim of a man who called himself "Adam Iqbal" of the Belgian textile company "Golden Textile"
That's a lot of proof...

He placed a freelance project on diverse freelance platforms, look here:
https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&sxsrf=ALeKk03VoPQPWakk77NrasBNZAFLq6DBLw%3A1594750564472&ei=ZPYNX9WxHNDSkwWf66ngCg&q=%22We+work+in+the+field+of+textiles.+This+year%2C+our+company+will+present+a+new+IT+platform+on+the+textile+market.%22&oq=%22We+work+in+the+field+of+textiles.+This+year%2C+our+company+will+present+a+new+IT+platform+on+the+textile+market.%22&gs_lcp=CgZwc3ktYWIQA1C1ywFYs9kBYNjdAWgAcAB4AIABAIgBAJIBAJgBBaABAaoBB2d3cy13aXo&sclient=psy-ab&ved=0ahUKEwjV85nnrM3qAhVQ6aQKHZ91CqwQ4dUDCAs&uact=5

Please first read this:
https://cryptoscamalert.com/crypto_scam_report/337

and this one too: topbiz.site
It's a template scam site - including a manual that tells you how to cheat the victims - that can be bought there.
if you can't read Russian (I guess not Wink, open it in Chrome and translate it.

The imposters try to make you crazy with a big project for €7000, then (in order to gain your trust) they do a supposedly advance payment (50%) in BTC.
Not on your own wallet, but via a trade exchange, in this case "scoine.com"
But it can be any site made with this template...

When you try to withdraw the cryptocurrencty, the transfer is 'suspicious', in order to withdraw it they have two techniques to f^&%ck you over:
- prove who you are. Send documents like passport, drivers license, a recent document with your address > ideal for identity theft
- or you have to pay 0.025 BTC for a verification (someone mailed me this), and later on you have to pay 0.05 BTC for a premium account. > that's a lot of money dude...

This really is a scam. Like I stated before: I'm so sure about it that I would want to bet the life of my both parents on it Wink

Examplens: check the fake document which is on their site:

I am not defending them, just want to point you and topic starter that you must give us clear evidence about the scam. This or any other in the future. If you give me just a point with check link and find, and check this link... Sometimes I haven't enough time to dedicate and research on any accusation. If you report it, you need to mark off critical points to pay our attention.
You always can find any scam report from experienced users here to know what is correct. My suggestion is more technical to be clear.
