Description of Bug: Maybe a game integration bug. For the Sportsbook after you have added something to your favorites you can not remove it from there. I have tried on both mobile and desktop, the clear all button for mobile just goes in to an infinite loading loop while on pc it sometimes redirects you to the 4+1 promotion while signing you out oddly but never removes from your favourites.

Good day again! I just found out this problem because I tried to play dice but there is no money appeared in my balance. Even I have an available balance in my wallet. I don`t if it was said already but I think it is a bug.

Another one, I clicked the promo code to get promo. After, I clicked the promocode, I need to log in my account. I think there is a problem logging in because I can`t log in my account if I am going to select the promo code. In short, promocode is not working. But above all, fortuneack is damn pretty and full of entertainment.

I checked the DICE game. I think there are 2 theme choices that are not very good for eye health except the dark theme. I think it would be better if we only had two choices, light or dark.

Then, to change the roll number, I think we have no choice but to move the navigation key to the number we want. We also need to have the option to enter exact numbers that will be used for roll numbers as in most other sites. For the results of the roll itself, I also only see numbers that blink for a moment and are far better to be displayed permanently until the player presses the next roll button. At least we can find a brief history for the results of the previous roll without having to scroll down to find out.

The dice game display on the cellphone is rather large and we had to use a desktop site to see all views. I dont think this is a weakness, but the better the appearance of a game and the game menu will make the player more comfortable. Thanks.

Just made a withdrawal transaction this afternoon and I also clicked the fast but instead it takes a while longer than expected. Longer than I've ever expected. Usually, back on the old site it only takes 25 minutes to one hour as maximum before you can receive your funds. But right now, it's already midnight LoL.

When I tried to sign up, I clicked the country drop-down menu. I started to put the initial letter of my country, but it doesn't automatically show the possible results. So you have to scroll to find your country. I know this is not a problem but on other websites because it automatically comes out when you input alpha characters.

I saved bitcoin address in "Wallet Management" so that I can withdraw my fund. However, when I changed my bitcoin wallet address, it appeared the texts ''Sorry something went wrong" and it almost took 5 minutes to change my bitcoin wallet address.

I think there are multiple submissions that have repeated here; I suggest if ever FJ put up a spreadsheet for submissions, its better if there is a note like Already reported.

10. Integration Bug

I'm just trying to access the 3D Slots to play the Demo but unfortunately, my screen becomes blank and as you can see the site has done loading and yet there's no game on my screen.








I also want to re-post my claim on the fairness bug since I didn't see this on the sheet, its about the terms and conditions are quiet confusing and it can be related to the fairness of a casino especially if there's claim against the site.

Hello FJ, I like the spreadsheet compilation of the bugs reported. This is more organized and easy to find different concern on our reported bugs.

Thank you, having said that, I suggest we should put other field on the sheet like note:  already paid/payment underway Ive noticed that the transaction bug Ive reported already been paid. But there are still 2 integration payment still not credited which are arppoved. That was on spreadsheet #80 and #88.

Also I have concern with this one if FJ could give details cause I didnt see this on the spreadsheet.

I tried to open FJ in my IOS and here are the bugs that I saw.

1. Interface Bug

when I am clicking my profile, the word "Dashboard" is not completely seen in screen. It only spells as "Dashboa" As well as the BTC amount was not seen completely.




2. Transaction Bug (Deposit and Withdrawal)

When I clicked all the deposit in my IOS, it appears that the address of every coin is covered by the qr code. I think it should have to adjust the qr code in the left side of the screen.



3. Interface Bug

I don`t know if this is the feature of FJ or bug. When I clicked this button in the left upper part of the screen. See below:

I tried this several times but I failed to cash out my bitcoin. It only appears successful but it keeps on retaining in my FJ wallet after a few minutes. Hoping that it will be fixed plus I suggest to have some advisory or letter in my gmail/number when a transaction is successful or failed.

Lastly, I suggest also to have some blockchain transaction after we withdrawn our funds so that we can track our transaction if it is failed or not. It is also good to have the withdrawal fee so that we can adjust the amount that we are going to withdraw.

have you checked whether they're using a Segwit address? AFAIK you can only withdraw with a segwit address and maybe that's the case, but if not it might be really a bug.
