I haven't read the previous three pages and don't know if it is answered but why my balance is showing 0.000000 on Dice screen even though I have deposited money and balance is reflecting in top menu?

I want to test Dice game as I sense there is something wrong with the integration but it is showing me 'Not Enough Balance' error.

Bug Type: Fairness

Bug Description: So decided to look at the provably fair of your mines game. It's not very explanatory maybe you guys don't see it bothering over. But see you guys using a similar system as Stake minus the Fisher-Yates algorithm Stake uses to make sure there are no duplicate mines.
But if you take a look at how these games verified I noticed the mines position didn't match up with the numbers.

You notice how instead of position 19 it went position 20 instead and instead of 18 it went 19 and 13 to 14. Now that's a change that could mean the different between someones win/lose.
But there's sometimes not only a 1 position difference.

In this one not only is position 2 shifted to 3, but position 13 was moved to 15, 10 to position 12 and 4 to position 6.

Now I have looked at 2 other provably fair mines games(Crypto.games and Stake) none of them ever change the float number except in a case of a duplicate mine, which none of the above have. It doesn't help that theres no documentation/explanation on why the number changed.

Not saying you guys are cheating just saying that there is some kind of issue that alters the proper result of the game. Seems like your guys were going for some kind of Fisher Yates shuffle but didn't fully implement it.

If you guys wanted to properly implement the shuffle when you get the float number. You had to multiply by the number of options remaining eg. for the 1st mine it will be (*25) the 2nd will be (*24) 3rd (*23) etc. going down the amount of mines. Instead you guys have it static at 25.

EDIT: Looked further into it, the mines not being the position stated is fine as its the fisher yates shuffle used. But there is still a problem. Which I explain further down.

Here are some of the bugs I noticed again,

1. Interface Bug

In my Laptop and Android phone, everytime I log in my username and password was saved. However, in IOS the username and password was not saved. So, I need to logging in my username and password everytime I logging in fortunejack which is a little hassle to an IOS user.



2. Interface Bug

There is a bug in closing the deposit and withdrawal icon because when I closed it, the deposit icon appears again. I doubled check if my mouse had the problem but even in my IOS, it is the problem. If I click the "x" button, it does not close immediately. Instead, it opens again the deposit icon.



3. Integration Bug (Game or Coin)

I have seen that all of the coins are really volatile, from bitcoin to dash. I suggest to add the tether or usdt because it is stablecoin and it is safe-haven coin since the price does not fluctuate immediately. I believe that many gamblers will prefer to deposit or withdraw usdt as well and use it in playing your game. There are also gambling site which are using this coin for the users to deposit or withdraw.

See here why tether is also good to be used.



4. Transaction Bug (withdrawal and deposit)

For small gamblers like me, I think 0.004 BTC is too high as your withdrawal minimum. I think it is good if we can withdraw a smaller amount of that like 0.001 or 0.002 BTC.



5. Fairness Issue

When I am playing the Hi-Lo game, I just noticed that the odds when the "7" card appears. Since, "7" is the median in deck it should be also fair for the bets between "high' or "Low". It is fair enough because the probability to get the higher number is same as the lower number. This is just my cents. Hoping you see all the bugs that I shared and suggestions I have said.

Wanted to add some more on to this as I looked in to more as I realized. You guys use an improper implementation of the Fisher-Yates shuffle but didn't implement it where the float would be multiplied by 25,24,23 as each mine to prevent duplicates mines.

Only 14 mines are generated from the seeds because of duplicates, so where are the 10 other mines generated from, your fairness definitely doesn't say?

I also mildly calculated if it used a 4th incremental number, but according to my slight calculation doesn't seem so.

Based on this screenshot after  deposited 0.05eth my last game was Aztec Sun.

Now pay attention to this: My balance here is 0.000819759 supposedly that would be my latest balance since I didnt play any games based on Transaction history. Now lets check my balance on my purse:

Its different from the last balance I had since I play according to the transaction history. However, I did played dice, and my balance was reduced when Im loss and increased when I won. But the transaction didnt show up which supposedly be there. Thats why I dont have same balance.

Ive played different game (Vikings berserk) using my remaining dust eth(same quantity or figures while Im playing dice). To my surprise it did show up on transaction, while dice not check this image below:

Description: I received my reward on transaction bug of 1mbtc  and my current balance now is 0.010000007btc ( the "7" probably left over from my previous balance) Now I played wheel game on provably fair. You can see that the computation of deduction is from 0.010000007 cause when you reduced the loss of 0.000010782you'll get = 0.009989225btc. Same computation above with crediting the win and loss, the current latest balance is now 0.010000002 but the balance only showing  0.01btc.

I think dust value such as "0.000000002" should have been still reflected on overall balance cause during the game you included the "0.000000007" in the reduction of the loss not just the 0.01btc which bit unfair.

No.16 Fairness Issue/Transaction bug

Based on this record Ive only bet 2x with betIDs:
ID:117995 (Fairness of bet details loss)

ID:117996 (Fairness of bet details won)

-BetID 117995 have loss of 0.10$ while BetID 117996 have won 0.20$   but take a look on the transaction history:

Still looks good right? But how about lets open up the details of those transactions below.

Now lets investigate this screenshot. As you can see those highlighted on yellow are the ID of transactions, while those highlighted with blue arrow pointing towards the iconic arrow; the yellow iconic arrow means you won while the gray or no color means youve loss. As you can see I have two records of losses and one win in this image. But if you refer on the first image clearly I should only have 1loss with $0.10 and 1 win $0.20. Here we can clearly see that I am deducted two times loses here though on official game It should have only one which I think is Big issue of fairness.

Maybe its just a transaction bug but why would a transaction would show up in the record but that doesnt match with the history of executed bet? It just not make sense.

Hmm If you played 2 times with 2x payout, you win once and loose once you should end up on 0 profit/loss and that's what we see in here.

The thing that confused you (makes you think that it is a bug) is that this "0.009989225+0.000021555= 0.01001078 This should be my balance and not 0.010000002 " is correct if you somehow get a free (bonus) bet that you didn't had to pay for.

Let me put it in in other words. If you play in roulette in real casino you put 1 coin on the table on red (1 is deducted from your balance) and if you lose that's it, if you win you get double you put (2 coins are deposited to your balance, so you are +1 profit) but 1 has to be deducted no matter if you win or loose. That's your bet, your money put into game. You get it back with profit or lose.

Hope that I understand your issue correct and explain myself in a way that it is understandable. In my opinion, in your case, there is no bug.

Bug Type: Fairness Issue

Bug Description: After looking at mines decided to turn my head to Hilo, and that was a mess. I tried to look and see if there is any place that stated how the deck array is arranged. My discovery there isn't any, so decided to look at it as if it was arranged neatly, my discovery then was again no.

This is how Stake arranges their deck:

But FortuneJack uses something vastly different and doesn't even say how it is arranged.

As you can see from the picture the card K of hearts is in index 11, but then the following K of clovers is in index 48, not even remotely close to each other as you would expect in a deck of cards.

Now what I assume they do, is have an array of cards then when 1 card is selected it is then removed from the array, so that even if the same number is picked it will still have a different card, so the array starts at length of 52. But don't understand if they use this method why dont they multiply the float by the amount of cards left in the deck instead of always (*52)

You can see float of 46 was calculated but the site chose card 44 instead, there should have been 50 cards in the deck still at this point, why would it change. The following cards after no longer line up either, even though the number calculated is still a valid index. This is most likely caused by the fact as they remove cards from the deck.

In their Hilo Faq they state: "After each bet the deck is updated.", if this means the deck is randomly shuffled they have no way to prove that meaning != provably fair, but I will assume they don't randomly shuffle that deck.

But yeah even if it's not randomly shuffled, a 1st time player of the game can play one game, but they can't verify the numbers match up with the deck cause that information is not there.

I just notice that when I zoom out the site there is no proportion to the image above and below. The image at the top becomes bigger while the lower images zooming out.

I am looking for the total wagers in fortune jack yet I did not see it. I suggest that it is more attractable to new comers when they see the total wagers in your site. And having that means that a site had a lot of gamblers.



 
7. Integration Bug

In addition, I suggest also to put the highest winner in every game, jackpot prize and highest pot or bet in game just like in old site. It also attracts the gamblers (in my opinion) to bet. Since I am greedy when there are users who won the jackpot, a user like me boost the interest to play with that dashboard.

have you checked whether they're using a Segwit address? AFAIK you can only withdraw with a segwit address and maybe that's the case, but if not it might be really a bug.
