There is no video, no more images and nothing more description about this. This is just a picture and everyone has their own thinking how they perceive this. Some may think it as a normal thing while other may condemn it and take it a serious offense against female gender.

What kind of harassment is that? Touching the opposite gender inappropriately due to lust? Or trying to get her off the mouse?
Well, it depends on intention of the one doing the touching . You could understand if it's intentional by what he tries to do with the mouse or see on the computer. If it's something really distracting on the computer or requires alot of attention, I might consider him especially if he apologizes. I will probably try to know the kind of person he is, whether he has history of behaving inappropriate or whether he is on drugs or drunk.

If he is just taking her hand off the mouse, it also depends on why he's doing that. Perhaps it's for good reason, and with her consent? She's clearly pushing his hand away... which probably means he isn't doing that with her consent

She is pushing his hand forcefully ( i could feel her force  ), which indicates that she is not interested in his acts. Also it would have been better if we could see the faces of both the male and female in the picture.  The lusty male face and the angry fearful female face would have make the things clear enough.

That's your imagination  but no where from the picture it seems that the girl is loving the touch of the guy.

Yes, it is conclude that it is under the harassment. Someone touch you without your informations is a unethical activity. Which is not bearable for any girl. So, at working place people keep in their limits and avoide these type of activities that is not bearable
