If this is just about a country restriction, I would appreciate if you put in OP what countries are not allowed to access the site, if not, please update us and maybe fix it the soonest.

that link is a tracking link set up to track sources of traffic. This is not uncommon practice.

I'm thinking that these two threads are working with the same marketing agency.

I do not think it is related to countries restriction as I have just tried with my original IP as well as with my VPN but get the same issue.
As blockman pointed out above, how this site announce the project looks similar to bigdollar.
Starting from how the ANN thread design (just an image with tracking link) and about the inaccessible site due to security service.
Not really sure if they are related to each other but perhaps they use the same casino's software.

Seems like at least for me the website is loading after the 5 seconds allocated and to my surprise the casino has a large range of games to choose from but to my disappointment all of them look like a 'scam' type casino, the graphics for me are appalling it just doesn't give that authentic feel - sorry!

Also, for some reason the 'Change to French' tab is always pinned, this should be under the language section or something...

That's what this casino lacked. I also experience the same error as you guys but I never tried accessing the site using VPN. As of now, there's not a single reply yet for those who share the problem of the casino and some can't even check the site if it is good (feedback) since some people can't access the site.

I don't know if they say exactly, but this link is like a shortened link with bit.ly that can be done for free. Moreover, it is quite strange if they track the number of clicks on a forum thread when they don't even work here to answer their potential customers  I can try using Tor to access their connection, but I believe that this is a problem for them, not a regional limitation.

I don't know how they do it but basically it's sort of registered link where they track how many people do click the link through here.
About TOR using, yeah, they have to figure it out but I guess they will still count that as long as the link has been used whether copied from the forum or directed access on the tor browser using the exact link.

It seems that it is not official representative of jumbabet, perhaps jumbabet paid a marketing service to announce the casino here in bitcointalk.
