I was just watching a cop's interpretation of one of those police shootings, the guy with the taser one, and he said it was more like 3% because it's mostly only black males 15-25 years old..

One of their main problems is single motherhood..
Statistics for all races turn out poorly for children with no father figure in the home, and sadly American blacks these days have very very high rates of the father leaving..

I place a lot of the blame for this squarely at the feet of the left incentivizing single mothers with many children as a way to get a lot of welfare cash/food support..

And the left has most of the blacks convinced that they CAN'T and it's all racism's fault..
The perfect way to get someone to fail is to get them to believe they can't do it.. The way to succeed is to think that you CAN do it, and just don't stop trying..

What about the countries that never had slaves?
USA is number 1 at the moment, as have other countries been before. As usual, leading the world in technology advancements makes it very attractive for intelligent people to immigrate and try their luck. It's the land of opportunities. But the world is changing, eventually another country will surpass USA. It might be in a few hundred years, who knows.

now imagine the father moves someone else
the mother is not given $700($500 her and $100x2 for kids)

and the absent father would get ~$800

I don't know how true this is, but I've heard that most black people in the US are unemployed. Whoever says anything, they live off the working population and their taxes.  Most of them will never work or study. I've never had anything against black people, but I think they're the ones who provoke racism and color separation.

This means you never knew enough about the real statistic to ask why white crime is underreported.  Take drug-related crime as an example. There is an abundance of data suggesting white people use illegal drugs at a higher rate while being incarcerated at a much lower rate.  I challenge you all to reflect on why this might be the case and how this might affect everything else.

You are completely ignoring the fact that these racial groups work much harder than anyone else, including the whites.

Racism against blacks is a cop-out.  The real reason is that the whole Black communities have been demoralized and demotivated by the gang culture.  In many cases, terrorized by Black gangs.

Lack of education and poverty is a real issue.

Put a Black youngster in a poor, immigrant East Indian or Asian family and you will see what would happen.  
You will get a doctor, lawyer, or engineer.

Put the same youngster in the 'hood' and he will remain poor, get killed, or become a drug addict.

Blacks need to reform themselves.  Only they can help themselves.  No one will do it for them.

Taking stuff at the expense of others, or burning down the system as advocated by the BLM is not a solution.
